LOOK AT EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU BUY A USED VEHICLE!

I Feel that the problem with the seals on my 09 Tahoe (all doors, sun roof, and hatchback) should have been identified and replaced before I purchased the vehicle in January 2014. Now I had to pay over $900.00 TO REPLACE THEM for that issue, it was not fair to me. Service did order and replaced the seals on my truck but at over $900.00 I HAD TO PAY. I ALSO FEEL THAT THE MILITARY DISCOUNT SHOULD APPLY FOR ALL VETERANS, BECAUSE SOME OF US ARE DISABLED, AND OR RETIRED! I ALSO WOULD LIKE TO THANK MS DONNA, SHE RELATED TO MY PROBLEM.

Once truck had been service, it was just sitting there while they worked on other vehicles, it would have been better if they had brought finished vehicles on around to waiting customers.

Very frendly and nice and clean

GREAT SERVICE

It was a very clean and friendly environment. I love looking at the beautiful vehicles. The guys there all seemed outgoing while enjoying their job.

Great Service and Great Staff

Awesome Showroom - Greeted Professional - Awesome

My 2014 Equinox was purchased in 1.5 hours from start to finish. Not sure how you could do much better. I like my car better evert day,

great car buying experience!

I was treated like a valued customer and everyone was so friendly and polite! I really like the car I'm in. I just wished I would have paid more attention to the features, or rather the missing features such as power windows and cruise control. My salesman, John was very nice and made me feel at ease and my finance guy, Trey did as well! I'm very impressed with Jim Keras Chevrolet!
