Excellent Customer Service/Buying procedures

My experience with Jim Keras and their professional team was an AWESOME one. On Monday, 3/10/14, I went to the Jim Keras dealership after a horrible experience at another dealership on the weekend. I was approached by Mr. Matt McKean. Throughout my entire visit he was helpful, very informative, supportive (has been a while since I purchased a car and I was a little anxious) and patient. I also came in contact with Marcus, who was very proficient and effective in the absence of Matt on my visit back to the 3/11/14. There was never a gap or lack of customer service during my entire visit. I so appreciate this experience.

Great Customer Service

This was an excellent experience!!! Alvin Wilson our salesman was very professional and he made sure that we were comfortable before we left the lot. Luke Starner the finance manager, explained every detail in layman's terms!!! We are thankful and look forward to doing business in the future!

Wonderful Experience

From the time I pulled onto the car lot I was welcomed and treated like every customer wants to be treated. Excellent Quality

I love Jim Keras and I am extremely happy with my Chevy HD!! I do wish I had made an appointment to get my oil changed because it took a long time but I will know next time.

My attendant was great and she showed excellent customer service throughout my visit. I really enjoyed the service and look forward to my next visit.

Great service, beautiful showroom, clean facility.

The entire Jim Keras staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. They made me feel as if they genuinely valued my business.

Great Experience

My experience was great. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I liked the fact that they were up front with the quote right from the start. I walked away from several other dealers that wanted to beat around the bush about a bottom line price.

Great Customer Service and fast and efficient

When I come to Jim Kerras on Covington Pike I always receive A-1 service from Vaughn. Sometimes I forget that I am not the only customer because the service that I receive is on the attention of my vehicle no matter when I arrive. Customer service is #1 as always.
