Good experience

Bought a new car in 2012 from this dealership. Good price. Good experience. Just bought a used car from the internet department. Again, good price (less than I was prepared to pay). Good experience. They definitely treat you like a "valued" customer and there was no pressure! If there is such a thing as customer loyalty I guess this dealership just earned mine. Service department is professional as well! Don't expect "quick" transactions but they will treat you right.

Honestly and Great Service

I came in for what I though was a simple nail in a tire. It turned out that it had a large bolt that ruined the tire. Steve came to explain this to me and once he showed me the bolt that was taken out of the tire I knew the tire was damaged and unsafe. But Steve explained that the tire was damaged and unsafe, therefore I purchased a new tire at the dealership. I feel Steve was sincere, polite with what he said. That he just wasn't trying to sale me a tire but was concerned for my safety and other drivers.

Excellent service

Steve is such a wonderful service man, I know everything will be just fine when he is there to greet me. He is always genuinely concerned about taking care of the problem. If only he could be cloned.

facility was clean.

I had no problems. I do wish this dealer had loaner autos, as I do need to run errands when mine is in the shop. They had them in Millington, TN., but not in Memphis, TN.

Great, reliable servic

The technicians were able to diagnose the concerns with my car in a very timely manner. In order not to inconvenience me, James set me up with a very nice rental car so I could continue my business while my car was being restored to good health.

Super sales team!

Alvin Wilson, Kris True and Luke Starner rock. I found the car I love and we worked as a team to complete the deal. I love Jim Keras Dealership. Shout out to Brad Ballentine too.

Great Service

My visits to your service shop have always been good experiences. The last two have been for minor repair services to my 2008 Buick. I used to come there for oil changes on my other Buick and had the same good experiences. I am doing a full synthetic oil change now and have had to come up with some ways to economize so I am getting oil & filter on sale and going to a shop and just paying for the labor. Service writer - "Vaughn" has been most courteous and helpful.

2014 Silverado

I came in not expecting to make a deal on Sunday. Mr. K did a phenomenal job with helping me find the perfect truck and pushing the deal through. I got a truck and a price that was better than expected.

Testimony of purchasing a 2014 Chevy Cruze

My experience at Jim Keras was excellent. My salesman, Matt McKean was very professional. Matt was very knowledgable regarding the 2014 Cruze I wanted to purchase. I would recommend Matt to any of my friends. All involved in my purchase were very courteous and helpful, including General Mgr. Brad Ballentine and Finance Mgr. Luke Starner. Service

This was a do-over from December. Sunroof drains had broken and leaked water down both front pillars and soaked front passenger seat and front and back passenger floors. Repair looked good but later found back seat passenger floor was still wet and I had to air car out-was beginning to smell.
