made appointment a month in advance to get my car service..Bachman service department sucks! no reason to make an appointment your car will sat on the lot for days before they even look at it..No shuttle bus,can't provide information on when your car will be look at. I won't be going back

Had to have repair done on my 2017 Honda Accord my car has been in repair for over 3 months this freaking ridiculous I call and the guy jack keeps telling they waiting on parts then keeps lying to me saying we should have your car ready this day we’ll the day come and my car is still not ready I been paying out of pocket for over 2 months with this rental car only to keep getting disappointed from Bachman collision center I will never never have my car repaired there again they don’t call to give updates once a week like they said bad service all around haven’t seen my car in over 3 months

Chris Kendall was amazing and helped me leave with the perfect vehicle. Chris texted and worked with me over the phone to help me find a vehicle and then kept me in the loop until he found exactly what I wanted. After arriving at the dealership, I was unimpressed with the vehicle and started losing faith. Chris stuck with me and then provided me with the perfect vehicle.
