My new Bolt

I was looking for certain car online, and Bachman Chevy reached out to me by email. I contacted them and told them what I was looking for. They had one on the lot in the color I wanted. Made an appointment for a test drive. The salesman Doug Bowman was great in explain and answering my questions. Loved the new Bolt, and Doug made the buying of the car enjoyable. Everyone at Bachman was great. Well done!

Stay away from this dealership!

Stay away from this dealership! After the sale they don’t care. I have had so many issues with my truck and they act like it’s my fault!

All my years of dealing on a car this is the first time I never received a phone call which I thought was strange, everything was by text. Once I sent reply on what I would pay I never heard back from them. I would of got a counter offer but not even a no thanks. I have been on the lot twice since then and never did a sales person come out to see if I needed help. Years ago we went to this lot and the young man at that time was part of the family, real nice young man. Guess times have changed and with this people change. Maybe one day I'll be able to buy from this dealership. The lady I was texting might not even bee at this site. The person I was dealing with isnt listed below ,

Traded my Explorer in on a Tahoe, which I love.

Traded my Explorer in on a Tahoe, which I love. But they have never paid off my Explorer and it’s been 2 months, and I have a creditor from the loan company on the explorer calling me every other day asking for the payment. I’ve called this company 2/3 times left message even talked to a woman in their Accounting Dept that told me the Explorer payment was done electronically a week ago and NOPE! Not paid off yet. Still getting calls from creditor about my old Explorer car payment! I can’t even get a call back from management or the accounting dept. I will never buy a car from here again & I will be calling BBB in them.

routine maintenance was fine I was disappointed when I paid the bill because the clerk refused to accept my word that i simply left discount coupons at home. I have been a loyal customer for many years.

BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE

Firstly, I am not one to typically leave bad reviews even when receiving subpar service from a business. For me to feel inclined to leave a bad review, things just have to go completely array. Having purchased 7 GM vehicles from a GM Dealership in my lifetime, this by far was the WORST experience I have ever had in doing so. The Sales person Dakota Welbourne lied multiple times through out the pruchasing process, and after the fact as well. Now refuses to get back to me or follow through on commitments made to me. The dealership has a MASSIVE 70 Foot tall sign on their building that can be seen from about a half mile away on the interstate that says Chevrolet Certified Pre-owned vehicles. When I inquired about having my vehicle certified which I was willing to pay the addtional fee for, and after calling GM to confirm my vehicle qualified for it, they told me that we dont sell Certified Pre-Owned here. "The Value of a certified pre-owned vehicle is not a good value for the customer," Is what I was told. Surely General Motors who takes extreme pride in their certified pre-owned program would be thrilled to hear one of their dealerships saying this to their customers. Have called out to management several times, left messages for a call back, no one calls back. So is this false advertising? Is the dealership suffering from financial issues and can't afford to have the sign taken down? Are the Bait and Switching people? Or are they not certifying the vehciles so that they can then turn around and sell unassuming buyers a highly gouged after market warranty that only covers select items? The list goes on in regards to the dishonesty, and lack of customer concern that I experienced purchasing from this dealership. I will not return to ever buy a vehicle here again, I will not return to have my vehicle serviced here, And I would certainly never recommend anyone does.

Great friendly service!

Great friendly service! Dave Neison went above and beyond to help us purchase our new vehicle! I wasn't feeling well ( horrible migraine) on the 2nd day we visited to sign all the paperwork, he was very considerate of that, and went above and beyond again to make sure everything was moving along as quickly as possible and even checked on how I was feeling throughout our visit. In the past at other dealerships the salesman came off ingenuine and was only trying to make a sale... with Mr.Neison, he was very sincere and genuine of our purchase, time, & our wellbeing. I will now continue to shop here when the need arrives for a new vehicle.

Thus far Bachman chevrlet has done a good job

My service team has always been kind considerate and accommodating. My contact keeps me informed on time and service. I recommend Bachman for service for the simple reason if your car is going to be in service for any length of time I’m provided with a vehicle and not have to go elsewhere or have someone pick me up or take me back ! Convenient!!
