Great service department! Have taken my cars in several times, for New tires, oil changes, etc. Ask for Conrad in the service department. He will make sure his team takes care of the issue. Will keep coming back for any maintenance needed.

Best Out of State Car Purchase!!!
I have never purchased a car out of state. So I was a little leery of the whole process. However Dakota Welbourn made the whole process an enjoyable experience. He kept me updated on the status of my car sale via text and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. My husband and I were scheduled to pick up my new C8 Corvette on 8/6/2022 between 10 and 11:30 AM. However during our travel from Georgia to Kentucky, our water hose and radiator burst, leaving us stranded in Tennessee. I texted Dakota and made him aware of our situation. He was very understanding and told us the dealership didn’t close until 6 PM. By the time the repairs were done, I knew we weren’t going to make it by 6 PM. My heart sank and I feared I would have to wait until the following Monday to pick up my car. However I texted Dakota and asked if he would wait for us. He was so gracious and told me that he would make it work so that I could pick up my car after hours. He had the finance department send me my paperwork via email and I signed them while riding to Kentucky. I was so elated and impressed with his superb customer service. When we arrived at 6:20 PM, Dakota greeted us with keys in hand and he had my beautiful 2023 C8 Corvette sitting out front. I can’t thank Dakota enough for making this happen for me. What a wonderful car buying experience this has been. He was transparent throughout the whole process with no hidden surprises at the end. If you’re ever in the market for buying car, I highly recommend that you ask for Dakota. He is a top tier asset to the Bachman Chevrolet team and I enjoyed having him as my salesman!!!

Poor Service
Worst experience I?ve ever had, and no one seemed to care. Took my truck in the day before for a 7:30 AM appointment on the following day. The work wasn?t done when promised and I had to wait another day. When I picked my truck up 2 days later, the radio wasn?t working and the screen in the dash was still scrambled. When I went back to the Service Desk I was told I needed to speak to my representative. I waited for awhile and some asked me who I was waiting on and was told that representative wasn?t there. I explained what was going on with my truck and was told I would have to leave it overnight again since the mechanics were gone for the day.

I just bought my 4th car from Bachman. I have been happy with their sales and service. Jeff Smith in sales is great to work with. . My big complaint is they sit on the paperwork to get plates and registration. Thanks!!
