I like the 22 Colorado and my salesperson but.

I like the 22 Colorado and my salesperson but... My main complaint it took nearly 60 days to get my registration. This is the sixth vehicle I bought from this dealer.

Horrible repair from collision center

My 2020 lexus es 350 went in for minor damage repair due to a deer. The entire front bumper cover is pushed out. There is overspray all over my two front doors. Just so very dissatisfied. Do not take your vehicle there.

Terrible Communication! 11 days no contact

I am generally not one to climb the ladder in order to get a response. In today's day and age I understand that a dealership of your size and business model, with today's economic climate and ability to hire and retain good help can be challenging. I am a very patient person when it comes to most things. With that said, I am going on two weeks with my vehicle in your shop and have received absolutely ZERO communication from anyone there. I brought my vehicle in for service back in July for an electronics issue I was facing. I was very clear with the service advisor about the problems I was having with the car. The vehicle was diagnosed as having a bad rear axle CPU. As soon as I drove the vehicle and got about 10 miles away from the dealership, all of the lights and warnings that I was facing prior to dropping it off came right back on. The electronic issues I was having all came right back. I was apologized too that the issue was misdiagnosed did not get fixed properly (which I have text messages of) and told to bring the car back at my earliest convenience. I have the car back in the shop with you all currently. I travel frequently for work and have a very busy schedule, like I am sure many of you there do as well. So I get it. I dropped it back off on Saturday 10/23. Monday rolls around heard nothing. Tuesday rolls around. Heard nothing. Wednesday mid day rolls around, still heard nothing. Tried reaching out via phone twice. No one answers the phone, no one returns my voice mails. Tried reaching out Thursday. Called 3 times, no one answers the phone, no one has returned my voice mails. Finally, Friday 10/28/22 I had to drive up to the dealership just to get in front of someone. The service advisor connected me with the foreman Bobby. Interaction with him was pleasant, professional and a good one. No issues there. I was told by him that he was told the vehicle was is for a noise that was being heard from the car. Not even remotely close to the issue. I sent a very very detailed email to the service advisor of exactly what was going on with the car due to the issue from the first time the car was dropped off for service. I did not want the car to be mis-diagnosed once again. We replicated the issue during our drive, and he let me know that he would get the vehicle over to the right tech this time. Here we are Mid-day Tuesday. I've called the dealership 7 times, left several voicemails with no return calls. There has been zero communication.

title issues with dealership

Paid in full for a used grand Cherokee. transferring the title is extremely slow I have called, left 3 messages, spoke with my salesperson -no resolution there the check cleared my bank Next step is litigation

Go somewhere else - lots of other dealers

Saleswoman was nice, but did not follow through with a couple of things that were promised. Zero follow up and explanation Not very satisfied with transaction
