I've bought a few cars in my life, and I wouldent say any of them have been a great experience, but my experience here takes the cake as the worst, by far. I have never seen a more disorganized, disrespectful, patronizing, and just downright shady dealership. First off, there is no way to contact anyone. The dealership has been straight up avoiding my girlfriend and will not take any calls. They were asked to produce a service schedule for the warranty, which they have yet to do. This is something that should be easily obtained. The credit union still hasn't received the payoff for the vehicle traded in, and the payoff is only good for so long. We've have had the car for less than 2 weeks and have drove it minimally. Took it to get an alignment yesterday (why didn't the dealership align it when they got it? Who knows) and was told the lower bushing controls needed to be replaced. This obviously wasn't done by me, so I Co acted the dealership to see if they would make it right. Of course, "it passed all our inspections" and that it would be my responsibility. It's my responsibility even though the car was not inspected according to the checklost you provided me? The checklist is just for show I guess, and nothing is truly inspected to the standard they claim to hold. Certified pre owned means nothing apparently. Again, no one from the dealership wants to communicate and are brazenly avoiding us since they got our money. After this experience, I will be doing anything and everything in my power to ensure no one buys a car from this location anymore. I will be plastering it across any and every social media avenue, and I'll make sure to mention it in any conversation. I'll be screaming it from the hilltops. You can't operate like this and claim to have the 'highest' standards.

Ted and Steve helped me out at every turn.
Ted and Steve helped me out at every turn. I was purchasing from out of state and needed a little more help than someone walking in. They picked me up from the airport and got me on my way really quickly so I could start the drive home. Everything seemed to go very smoothly.

GM Rude and Unprofessional
I went to purchase a used car for cash after I called to check that it was still available. First they didn't know where the car was ( when I arrived the salesman had located)then said it hadn't had a chance to go through their service checks even though they had the car listed on their web site. They then produce a sheet showing a higher price and he "Wyler Discount" to the selling price listed on their site. I had questions which the Sales Manger and General manager could not answer to my satisfaction. Not only that but the GM was rude and sarcastic. They also kept trying to add additional services I didn't want. The GM snatched the keys from in front of me (mind you we had a deal and signed document) ran off with the key and took the car. Very childish and unprofessional to put it nicely. Basically he reneged on the deal that was signed on the table. So two managers of which neither could not or would not satisfy my questions. The answer was I don't know. I would not ever purchase from any of the dealerships especially after reading other comments about other locations that were not flattering. I phoned corporate (dialed the 859 Kentucky) .Did not receive any better customer service .

Horrible Service Department.
We called about service for our convertible as it would not start. We spoke with Derek in the service department and he said we could have it towed there and they would let us know what was wrong. That was on August 5th. We called Derek after a few days and he said they had not gotten to it yet but would let us know. We asked that the car be covered and in the shade as it has always been kept in the garage. Derek said no problem. My husband called a few days later for an update. Derek did not respond. After many messages and not returned calls asking Derek to call us back, we were ignored. After 2 1/2 weeks of nothing, my husband went to pick up our car. We found a better dealership that could help us. Upon arrival my husband saw that the convertible top had come apart from the glass as it was parked in direct sunlight. Since the top was broken, the car interior was soaked with water. This car had just been detailed a month before! The clerk asked who had worked on our car and my husband said he did not know as Derek would not return his calls. We asked for all 3 sets of keys back and waited for the tow to the real mechanic. Derek did not care one bit about our car. The lack of communication was horrible! The damage to our car will be expensive to repair in addition to the cost of an extra tow. If this is the way Wyler does business, it is terrible! There was no apology or anything from this place! We will pursue restitution and will never return to this disputable dealership!

Dishonest dealership, terrible business practices!
Dishonest dealership, terrible business practices!! called to see an advertised truck on Feb 5. Doug Lambert answered my call and said he would have it ready to show, then called me back 15 minutes later and said it wasn't there, claimed it was out for detail. I told him to call me when it was back. Truck was listed for 42,900. On Monday price of truck went up 4k. I sent a text to doug to see if it was back and ask about the price change. He said he "was not aware of that". I waited multiple more days and all communication was initiated by me, not the salesperson. In the meantime the price changed almost daily, was over 48k at one point. Finally answered my message on Feb 15th and said the truck was back. Told him my concerns about the price going up so much and was told the price changed after it went through service. I told him I knew this was not true because carfax showed it being serviced on Jan 25th, well before our first contact. He said the price was 45,900 and that they would not make good on the price even though I was on my way to look at the truck when listed for 42,900. Will NOT even consider shopping here ever again. POOR business practices!

The salesmen was very nice, however, the sales manager refused to sell the Jeep for anything except the sticker price. I feel this is unfair. Additionally, the offer for my card was 2k less than the other dealer. I found a keep dealer in ky that had the same jeep for 5k off sticker. 5k is a lot of money to me.

If I could give them zero stars I would. This dealership...
If I could give them zero stars I would. This dealership has been the absolute worst in terms of financing, selling, and all around communication. They act like they will take care of everything for you, yet forget about you once they take your money. I recently purchased a car from Jason Baker and he assured me that the financing would be easy, however, after I left the dealership with the car, the following MONTH was absolute xxxx. Apparently they DIDN'T finance my car and constantly messaged me demanding specific items otherwise they would come take the car. THEY THREATENED ME MULTIPLE TIMES WITH THIS. Once we finally got things going in the right direction and I had paid the first monthly payment, they mailed me a letter saying that they refused my request, however, the bank showed everything fine. These people have no clue what they're doing and I would never want anyone else to go through this horrible business.

Go see Ed
Ed helped us out and everyone we encountered through the process was great. I highly recommend dropping by to talk to these guys. This was our first Jeep purchase here, we’ve purchased before from another dealer in the area but went out of the way to come here. Go see Ed, great guy!
