Robert expedited the review and cause of the issue in a timely fashion. He was able to work the unscheduled problem into the service schedule so I had minimal down time.

Did not do business with them.
Not a good experience. Had my own financing which they were very unhappy about accepting. Wanted me to use there’s with higher interest and an added year. Kept pushing their year protection plans. When I asked to think about it overnight the salesman got annoyed and told me if I left the “deal” was off the table. So I walked out. Left a bad taste in my mouth. They had a car I really wanted but I did not want to give them my business. Went somewhere else with a flawless experience.

Awful!!! How can a routine oil change be awful?
Easy, go to Jeff Wyler service department. I didn’t receive an item check list of the service I was provided. They didn’t check the cabin or the air filter and they both needed changing. ( I always check those filters before service so I know what needs to be done) I’m not sure of what they did or didn’t do. But I know this, I will never go to Jeff Wyler again... I wouldn’t recommend Jeff Wyler to anyone, and if you’re a minority steer clear of Jeff Wyler of Fort Thomas, KY.

JT Franklin has been my service advisor for a long time. He always has done right by me. He gets me in for my oil changes in a timely manner and goes way above and beyond. There are not many individuals that I know of that operate at this magnitude. I highly believe in customer satisfaction customer service. JT Franklin fits that bill to a T.

Always a pleasure to set an appointment for service work to be done from oil changes to factory recalls. all work is done in a timely and professional manner. My Truck is always cleaner when they get finished than when I took it in. The car washes are a bonus...I love it. Always a great pleasure to work with Deonia.

Safety recall work performed.
Had two safety recalls that had to be taken care of. Called and made appointment. Later discovered I could not make that appointment and had to reschedule. Using their online scheduling service I changed appointment to a Monday morning at 07:30 am. Dropped the truck off on Sunday evening so they would have first thing in the morning. Got a call around 10:30 am that truck was done. Work was completed in a timely manner. Really like the online scheduling service. Got a quick reply that new appointment was set. Note that price is N/A due to manufacturer recall.
