coolant leak problem

I stopped in for service for a coolant leak on my way home to Pennsylvania from a vacation. Deonia Patton was able to fit me in quickly and the problem on my new Pacifica was diagnosed and corrected within a few hours. Thanks Jeff Wyler and Deonia for your quick attention for a non Wyler customer. My family relatives we were visiting in Fort Thomas will definately think of you for future car purchases.

Excellent Service

I was really amazed how quickly I was able to bring my Jeep in for an oil change. I called and talked with J T Franklin and he scheduled me to bring my Jeep in the next day. I took it in and J T was very kind to explain to me the other things I wanted checked as well. I am very pleased with the service provided by the team. I always get excellent service when I have work done by the Jeff Wyler Dodge Ram/Jeep service department.

Buyer Beware

After negotiating the deal by phone and being given conflicting prices for the car I wanted to purchase multiple times, having a warranty added into my final price that I specifically said I would not purchase, being hung up on by Steve McCoy when I asked him to break down the numbers and tell me exactly what the final numbers were as well as the bank fee, because the monthly payment calculation didn't jive with the interest rate and monthly term he had given me, I received a call back from Steve Marchbanks during which I was assured that the original price agreed to would be honored and given a break down as to what the bank fees and processing costs were. I should have run, but the deal was too good to pass up soI moved forward with the deal after being assured that when I arrived at the dealership the car would be clean, full of gas, and the paperwork would be printed and ready to sign. After calling our salesperson, Zach Anglin, to let him know we were on the way, we were told to come ahead, that he would get the car ready. Approximately ten minutes later he called us back claiming that the car had been picked up by Eastgate and sold. The kicker was he had the same year of car for almost the same price---with 20K more miles on it that he would be more than willing to sell me instead. I am appalled at the treatment we received at this dealership. My family will never do business with Jeff Wyler again.

Buyer Beware--Bait and Switch

Bottom Line: The sales team worked a deal with me, including financing, for a car they didn't even have. When I was on my way to the dealership to sign the paperwork (assured it would be printed out an ready to go and that the car would be waiting), I received a call that unbeknownst to them, the car had been sold, but they had another--same make, model and year, but with 20K more miles, that they were willing to sell me for pretty much the same price. I now have five hard pulls on my credit for financing on a car they didn't have. I will never do business with this dealership or any Jeff Wyler dealership again. Great Service & Great Prices

We went into the dealership to work with Nate Hogel after already talking about a Jeep Wrangler several times on the phone and text. Nate made the deal happen by meeting the price point we wanted, gave other options, and made our experience great. There were a few hiccups at the dealership but Nate made sure to make it right. We are so happy with our purchase and will work with Nate again. I do have to say, the buying process was the fasted that I have ever experienced and it was none of the running back forth to the "manager" to check prices for us or what deal can be made. Real straight forward and to the point on pricing with a two hour process to do the paperwork and leave the dealership.

oil change

Disaster! Had my appointment at 1500. At 1650, inquired about my car. A person had no explanation what was going on. He did not even know my last name. Finally, found the key of my Jeep and said to me : "I think this is your key." No employee assisted me with anything. Not sure why I deserved this mistreatment. I would never ever visit the facility for any services (and I have free lifetime carwash with them) and that includes a car purchase as well. No oil change should take about two hours, and no costumer should ever deserve a cold shoulder from any associate.

We are very sorry for our miscommunication. You are right, nobody should be treated that way. Please contact our GM, Tom Gleason, directly with details about when you stopped by so we can investigate further. We take feedback very seriously. Thank you for letting s know.

Some of the best customer service i've ever received.

Having owned vehicles for 30+ years, we've been in a lot of dealerships - and dealership maintenance departments. Jeff Wyler, Fort Thomas has the best customer service I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They truly go the "extra mile" to explain, help, and serve. This is my forever maintenance department for all things Jeep from now on!

Dodge

I would recommend Zachary Anglin at Jeff Wyler Ft Thomas - I reviewed SUV's online, made appointment with Zach who showed me several vehicles. He was not pushy and listened to what I was looking for. I purchased my Journey and overall a positive experience.
