Great Service
I had a problem that needed to be fixed, window would not close. I pulled in just before closing time on a Saturday, they kept my van inside until they were able to work on it a couple of days later. Given that they were extremely busy and I did not have a scheduled appointment, I was glad that they could work me in and get me on the road again. JT is great to work with.

No concern for customers time
Brought my business car in for a new antenna and oil change. Was told two hour time frame so dropped off the jeep and got a ride back to the office to get some work done. 4 hours later jeep is ready and I get a ride back down to Jeff Wylers. Go to pay for the service with a business and was told they do not take business checks. They wouldn't let me leave with the Jeep and call in a payment so I had to get a ride back to my office to grab my wallet from my desk and go back down to Jeff Wylers for the 3rd time that day. I own my own business and time is money... I will never use this company again...

Deonia Patton in Service is a pleasure to work with and is the main reason I chose this dealer for my next (new) vehicle purchase-again a Grand Cherokee. My husband and I were not expecting to walk out with a vehicle. All week I told myself we was just looking and we got there yesterday 3/17/18 and walked out with a vehicle that I love. They worked with me
The scheduling staff was able to accommodate my weird work schedule and I was offered shuttle service to my office. Everyone was professional, and yet very friendly and approachable also. After they had looked at my Jeep, the tech called and said what was wrong, and actually found another issue that I had no idea was happening. Fortunately all this was covered under warranty, so they saved me money and time from bringing it back when the secondary item would have become a serious problem. Overall, I really appreciate the time they took to completely check out my vehicle, and the courtesy they showed to me. And - the shuttle drivers were polite and really good drivers! not scary like some can be.
