A few years ago we bought a used Rav4 from a friend. We began to have it serviced at Toyota of Bowling Green and were very well pleased with the service. Shortly after buying the used Rav4 we traded our large Sedan for a new 2012 Rav4. Our experience again was great. Last week we went to look at the 2015 Rav4s, nor expecting to trade. However the salesman was very helpful and the offer was much better that we expected and we traded the 2012 Rav4 for a new 2015 Rav4. Trading has never been easier, Our son traded his 2012 Camry for a new Camry the next day.

This was our third expeience in buying a Toyota Camry from Toyota of BG and by far it was the best. We were greeted by Gloria Russell while we were "window shopping" just before closing . She was friendly, helpful and informative even though her day was nearly over. We returned the next day to test drive a selection of Camry's and she bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed in order to make an informed decision. We found her to be very knowledgeable of the vehicles we looked at. Throughout the process, she was accommodating and never tried to high pressure us like some sales people do. When we moved into the process of filling out the paperwork, we were assisted by Kinny Landrum. He was professional and courteous and made the process very pleasant. We enjoyed working with both of these individuals very much.

The new car manager, the finance rep, the detail tech., and even help from other sales professional.
