Steve Ault and Acura Columbus earn customer business the

Steve Ault and Acura Columbus earn customer business the right way. For background, I decided that the Acura TLX Type S (in black/black) would be my preferred next car over other options. But this depended on finding one and price. This car is low production with good demand. After monitoring for a few months in Michigan and inquiring with local dealers that weren't that helpful in part due to supply, I decided to look out of state and specifically because Ohio seemed to have better supply options than MI. I contacted multiple dealers in OH about buying options starting with Tom Cole at Acura Columbus. Steve and Tom with Acura Columbus responded promptly with a serious purchase option. As a serious buyer, I cannot say enough good things about working with a group that reads the room and gets to the point. At that stage, it looked like Steve and Acura Columbus were my best option, so I started working with Steve on the potential purchase. And the rest of the experience cemented Acura Columbus as the best option. Steve and the crew tried to make a trade on a car, which is a challenge with a low production car that's in demand. Though that didn't work out, they had an incoming build to fall back on, which was how we finished the deal. Steve's communication throughout was excellent, i.e. patient with my questions, prompt, up front, and all around just a pro. And the day of picking up the car, Steve was great (as expected), and I was in and out without a lot of hassle to finish the purchase, which was appreciated. Even with making about a 3 hour drive one way to make this purchase, I will definitely go to Steve and Acura Columbus in the future if I decide to go with another Acura. Just had a fantastic experience in every way. And I hope Acura keeps making the TLX Type S! What a product so far.
