I had an amazing experience at this car dealership. Mr Greg was great to work with, extremely helpful and pleasant overall. He made this experience smooth & stress free. Plus I got the vehicle at a great deal. Definitely would recommend.

Vaughn and his team made the car buying process so easy! They accommodated us without an appointment and were patient as we looked at several cars on the lot. After visiting several different dealers, it was a relief to be at Acura.

Mike S and John G were both fantastic!

Mike S and John G were both fantastic! Scheduled my visit and when I got there the car was already clean and waiting up front. I’m a nervous guy when it comes to large purchases but Mike walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable before running credit. t closing John helped me choose the protection I wanted and took extra time to ensure the lienholder didn’t improperly me charge an application fee. Extremely happy with both of them!! Thanks again, guys!

I've been to 3 Acura Dealerships in the past month

I've been to 3 Acura Dealerships in the past month looking for the best offer and respect when it comes to getting a great deal. Steve was welcoming from the start. We can in without an appt, (Not Recommended) but we still received the most amazing customer service. Steve brought us any color we wanted and allowed us to select the correct model for our family. We choose a Brand New RDX and was given the Celebrity Treatment. The car was PDI and ready to drive off the lot with 2 hrs, start to finish. Definitely referring family and friends to visit Steve

I cannot say enough positive things about Acura Columbus.

I cannot say enough positive things about Acura Columbus. I worked with Greg Brown in sales and Jonathan Gray in finance. Both of them are top-notch and made the buying process very easy from start to finish. You won't find any hidden fees or last-minute surprises with these guys. Everything is open, honest, and up-front. Even when a question arose about how to input something into the Acura system for our lease, they resolved it in my favor by adding more to my trade in value so it would all work out to my benefit. In addition to giving us a great deal, they gave me more for my trade-in value than any of the three dealerships that I had visited in the previous week. I would highly recommend working with them if you are in the market for a new car. I've had less than stellar experiences with other dealers in the Columbus market, but I will definitely return to Acura Columbus the next time we are shopping for a car.
