I have purchased 10 new cars in my lifetime and Ryan was the best sales person that I have ever had. He and Jon made the buying process better and easier than I have ever experienced. Thanks to both of them and I love my new car!

Ryan worked extremely hard to make our buying experience

Ryan worked extremely hard to make our buying experience less stressful. He was not pushy and let us make our final decisions. I challenged him to get us a better deal. He and Jon presented the additional services or insurance programs to help Protect our investment. I never felt pressured. I will definitely have my new Acura serviced there.

It’s been ten years, since my last car purchase and the

It’s been ten years, since my last car purchase and the people I encountered at Acura Columbus from my first stop with Steve Ault, to my follow-up with Mike Shay (after Steve’s surgery), to my closing paperwork with Jon Gray, were very welcoming, friendly, genuine, helpful, and professional in their approach, from start to finish. Now I’m loving my awesome new MDX and look forward to a continuing relationship with these new “friends”.
