The lease I had on my Acura was getting close to the end....

The lease I had on my Acura was getting close to the end. My husband suggested we stop in at the dealership and look around. Right away we were approached by a very nice gentleman named Francesco. We talked about different models and the amount we would pay each month to lease. My husband of course likes the best deal available and Francesca did his best to give us a good deal. Francesca really jumped through hoops to appease us and I thought my husband was expecting too much from him. I ended up getting the RDX and love it. Francesca even came out to our house to hook the garage door opener up to the car. He treats his customers like family. We will buy from him again! If you're in the market, ask for Francesca, you won't be disappointed!

Nick is a great sales agent. He was attentive yet relaxed, meaning we didn’t feel the pressure to buy. He made our lease less complicated and worked with us digitally which helped because we have a newborn baby at home.

I was able to come in and test drive the car I ended up...

I was able to come in and test drive the car I ended up purchasing with no pressure to buy on the spot from Nick and the team at Acura. Overall we were able to reach a great deal and I’m very satisfied with my new car and the service that was provided! I would highly recommend this dealership and the service department. This is a small, family owned dealership which really makes all the difference in customer service.

I had a very good experience with Matthew (very new sales associate). You should stop in and give him a chance to help you out. The dealership was very good at working with me matching any other offer while allowing me my choice of finance which another dealership in Columbus told me was not an option. After I purchased the car the other dealership called and said that I could have used my financing and they were keeping that to leverage later. If you are like me you want the best price upfront without having to haggle give these guys a try.

My experience with Acura Cols was very positive from my first inquiry to closing the transaction. Antonio Gonzalez was well versed in all details pertaining to the cars, professional, and competently answered my multiple questions. The facility and cars are clean, all employees and visitors are masked, and sanitizer available throughout facility. Consequently, I felt comfortable shopping there during Covid-19. Definitely will recommend Antonio and dealership.

This is by far an amazing dealership. Starting with Jay, Dave and finally finance guy Adam Hanna, these guys are the dream team. They honor veterans and are not your typical sneaky dealership. They gave me an amazing price which couldn’t be beat and trust me I shopped around. These guys are honest and very straightforward. It should speak volume when I say I purchased a vehicle through them all the way from NYC. Never thought I’d do a long distance purchase but these people made it worth the while. Give them your business, you won’t be disappointed. They will work with you and appreciate your business. To the team at Acura dealership, thank you for my 2020 Mdx A-spec. My wife and I went through the Costco auto program to purchase a new Acura. We were directed to Dublin Acura through the program. Our salesman was Treg Blagg. Treg was very helpful and straightforward with my wife and I. He was able to make our decision for a purchase very easy. We felt very comfortable dealing with Treg with our purchase of a 2021 RDX A-Spec. I appreciate his honest approach and he did not pressure us in any way. I would recommend him to anybody looking for a new Acura. Adam in the Finance department was also very helpful and straightforward. I appreciate his no pressure and honest approach. We were very happy with our experience.
