My wife, Janet and I had a very pleasant experience with Dave MacDonald and his team while purchasing our new '21 RDX. Dave and his team were very professional and accommodating in all aspects of the purchase from discovery to orientation of the vehicle after the purchase. Dave went out of his way to accommodate our special needs. He even programmed our garage door opener to the new RDX at our home. Acura Columbus was also very competitive in their sale price when comparing it to other dealer offers. We are looking forward to our driving experience in our new RDX and continuing our satisfying experience with Acura Columbus for service.

We had a great experience working with David MacDonald...

We had a great experience working with David MacDonald and Kannon Grant on the purchase of a new Acura RDX. There were extremely helpful in making sure we got what we wanted. After the purchase David had me come back in to go over the vehicle in detail and answer any questions I had after a week of driving. While there Eric in Service was great about checking the air pressure on the tires as it was a little low. I would definitely recommend checking our Acura Columbus to anyone.

My wife and I started working with Treg Blagg in March of...

My wife and I started working with Treg Blagg in March of 2020. He first showed us a 2017 MDX base model. After seeing this Model and Treg explained the difference between this model and one with the Tech package, we decided to wait for one with the Tech package and the color combination we wanted. Treg would contact us different times advising the right MDX had not arrived and he was still watching for us. Finally the right one came in and we were notified by Treg when it would be available and we were first in line to see it. We met with Treg and after seeing the car. Treg explained all the features, it was the one we had been waiting 10 months for. The buying proceed was seamless. We would recommend anyone wanting to buy a car contact Acura of Columbus.

Fantastic experience with the dealership and Francesco. We had been to 4 other dealerships to evaluate cars and found Francesco to be extremely engaging. He took his time to understand what we wanted and offered some great suggestions. Because of this, we found exactly what we were looking for in the car and purchased it on the spot!
