Their professionalism, the showroom, NICK made me feel comfortable, were extremely attentive to my questions, via text, email and phone. Nick really went the extra mile on my behalf, and I was probably one of the higher maintenance customers. Great guy, I truly felt Nick was working for me, not Acura. Adam in finance was very nice, explained everything very well. One might think with a very nice showroom and in a good location, that you might pay a bit more. NOT TRUE. They were the most competitive when I was looking for my 2020 RDX, the most professional, and I just drove away with my RDX knowing that I have the support and service if I need it from a great team. I don't expect any issues, but it's nice to have that extra assurance and comfort. I'm very happy with my RDX, and with Acura Columbus!
