We drove a long way to look at a Jeep Wrangler that my granddaughter found on Acura Columbus web site. I’m glad we did because we were treated with nothing but respect and kindness. We tried it out and came back and set down with Steve and easily worked out the deal. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a car.

Love Acura Columbus

I love Acura Columbus because they treat me like a family member. I started with the TL, then bought a TLX and now, I have a 2019 RDX. Steve Ault is always friendly and knowledgeable, making car shopping enjoyable. I was recently in for a service issue. Larry Jones was very impressive and efficient. He called me to get a through history of my vehicle problem (I used night drop). My vehicle was diagnosed and fixed quickly. I am very happy with my Acura family!

Great Experience

I just purchased an MDX from Acura Columbus and it was such an easy, stress-less experience. There was no pressure. The first offer on the car was very fair and they offered me a fair amount for my trade in. Nick, and everyone else we worked with were professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Great experience!

I worked with Jason Bayly for our purchase. He was great to work with. Very friendly and informative. I felt that he was very trustworthy and transparent. Nothing was “high pressure” which would have driven us away. We ended up purchasing a Certified Acura RDX and it looked like it was brand new. Very pleased with our purchase. Jay Barger kept touch with us through email and helped us set up appointment times. This was very helpful. Adam Hannah was our finance guy. Very helpful and made the transaction easy to understand. Very easy to work with. We feel we have found our dealership from here on out.
