We had a nail-punctured flat tire yesterday morning. We limped to the dealership with a temporary plug. Zach Zuene, our service advisor, expedited a professional fix while we waited. Excellent, professional service.

A perfect hassle-free experience from beginning to end!

After having a poor experience with another dealership, I reached out to Steve at Acura of Columbus and was rewarded with an excellent experience from beginning to end! He quickly understood my needs and very efficiently responded to me with a very fair offer on the vehicle I was purchasing. He did everything he said he would do and when we arrived to take delivery of the vehicle everything was ready to go and we had a smooth hassle-free experience. Another teammate named Sam sat in the new vehicle with me and thoroughly explained each feature of the car. His passion for what he does was second to none and he made everything very easy to understand. This was a first class experience by the Acura of Columbus team!

When a 70 year old buys a new RDX after having her TL for 15 years, there’s a lot of changes to absorb! Sam made it possible to do just that. He was clear, patient and concise. And he even filled my tires! I can’t thank him enough, well done Sam!

True Excellence!

Even though they didn't have the car I wanted, every one at this dealer ship worked extremely hard to get me into the car I was looking for. They located the car and worked with the other dealer to aquire the car the same day I visited. Tregg Blagg was recommended to me, but it was his day off and Steve Ault stepped up and was truly amazing. I know there were many others working behind the scenes to make this sale happen and they went above and beyond. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Excellent car buying experience

Had made an online appointment to test drive the 2020 Acura RDX with Steve Ault. Steve was great, friendly and professional. Had the vehicle ready for us to drive upon arriving. Steve showed us the various features of the vehicle and then let us take it out for a spin.We purchased the vehicle that day and Steve was helpful in making sure we got the best value for our money. Ian Quick took good care of us for the final paper work and was also friendly and professional. Sam Mchale then gave us an in depth review of the Acura’s Tec features. I had an exceptional experience at Acura Columbus. I recommend EVERYONE ask for sales associate TREG. He was nice, professional and answered every question I had. My wife mentioned making runs all day and Treg came back with lunch for her. I have never experienced such wonderful service in Columbus.

I was very pleased with my purchase. I selected a one year old Acura MDX that I felt met my requirements for comfort and reliability and determined a fair price which I made to the salesman. He took it to the sales manager and it was rejected. I said, Thanks, but that’s what it’s worth to me and went home. Later that day, I received a call that the general sales manager had agreed to my offer and I’m now a proud owner of that 2019 Acura MDX (FYI, I kept my 2008 Acura MDX with 249,000 miles on it because I’m sure I can get at least another 100k miles out of it.
