What an Unbelievable Experience!

On March 6th, I asked Treg Blagg at 11:30AM to please not waist my time as I dislike very much being on a car lot all day waiting around. I wen on the website at Acura Columbus and found a beautiful car that met all my personal desires as well as my budget. Treg immediately went out and personally filmed the car inside and out and emailed me a link to inspect the vehicle that I was inquiring. With in minutes after, one of his staff members sent me another link with her personal video and version of the vehicle. The thing about these videos that made me feel special was that they were NOT pre-recorded as they were using my Name in the videos. I was not at the dealership more than 45 minutes as Adam Hannah and Treg had me in and out by 4:30PM. What an Unbelievable Experience! This was one of the most enjoyable auto purchases we have...

This was one of the most enjoyable auto purchases we have had in a long time. All the questions we asked were answered in detail, & if we didn’t understand Dave went over it until we did. All this then we spent over a in the car with Dave explaining all the items, dials, etc. Ian then explained the paperwork along with the financial aspects. He was very thorough & was very impressed with our 900 credit score.

My husband and I visited several dealerships to determine what car would best fit our needs. We visited the Acura dealership several times and had our questions answered by Steve Hammond. Excellent Purchase Experience

After looking at 3 other care dealerships, we walked into Acura Columbus and met Dave. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable and most of all, a great listener. He listened to what we were looking for and the rest was easy. Such a tremendous asset to the Acura Columbus family! Excellent Experience

I visited your showroom on Saturday, February 1, 2020 only intending to look at a new TLX to lease. My 2017 lease on my current TLX ended on February 29. I knew I needed to make a decision in the next couple of weeks, but today i just wanted to look at my options. Basically, I called the showroom and 30 minutes later I was talking to your salesman, Tregg Blagg. He listened patiently and was very knowledgeable. He was very professional and I felt I could trust him. He was very organized regarding the paper work and financial aspects. The whole process was smooth and efficient. I ended up driving away in a new TLX that day!!!
