I came up from Cincinnati to purchase a vehicle from Acura Columbus / Matt. This was by far the smoothest new car purchase I’ve ever been involved with. No high pressure sales tactics, just friendly service and very accommodating.

My wife and I stopped by the dealership to test drive a vehicle. We were torn between buying new or used while also considering another brand. Steve’s approach to the situation was top notch! I think I speak for most people when I say “no one wants to be sold on something.” Most of us are looking for a consultant that can help us understand what is the right buying decision for our individual situation. While the car we looked at didn’t meet our needs, Steve did a great job articulating our options while staying transparent with his goal to sell a vehicle. Honesty during the selling process is a lost craft that Steve has figured out how to hold on onto. As a person in the service industry, when a deal is loss, we always say, “they will be back.” People don’t forget where they were treated well, hence they come back! Kudos to you, Steve!

I recently purchased a car from Acura Columbus in Dublin, OH, and I must say, it was hands down the smoothest car-buying experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked into the dealership to the moment I drove away in my new vehicle, everything was seamless, professional, and stress-free. Matt Williams, my sales consultant, was exceptional. He was straightforward, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. What stood out most was the lack of any upselling or pressure tactics. Matt stuck to what we discussed over the phone and ensured that the entire process was transparent and efficient. It’s rare to find a salesperson who genuinely prioritizes the customer’s needs over pushing additional services or upgrades. The financial process, handled by Sam, was equally impressive. Typically, this part of car buying can be tedious and overwhelming, but Sam made it remarkably easy. He walked me through all the paperwork with clarity and efficiency, ensuring there were no surprises. I was especially shocked (and delighted) when they honored the exact trade-in value for my old car that we had discussed on the phone. This level of honesty and consistency is something I’ve rarely encountered at other dealerships. Overall, Acura Columbus exceeded my expectations in every way. The team’s professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the process. This was the second car I purchased from Acura Columbus.

This was the second car I purchased from Acura Columbus. Both times it’s been a really good experience very easy to work with no pressure whatsoever. Matthew was very knowledgeable and professional, and move the transaction along at a good pace. They seem to know people value their time. I will always come to the dealership first when I’m looking for a used or a new Acura.
