Great and personable service

Clean , polite, professional

First Acura buying experience was a good one!

I had a great buying experience from start to finish. There was a hiccup with the car I chose and they made everything right by me in no time. No pressure sales and explained all of the benefits and options just as I needed.

Great customer service as usual

I just leased my 3rd MDX and couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service I received. Harrison, my sales associate, was amazing and I was in and out in just a couple hours. What brought me back to Acura of Columbus was there great service department. My kids even love going with me because of the fun kid room which is has not only a TV, but iPads as well!

Easy transaction

Recent MDX Purchase

We do not purchase vehicles often and the few times we have visited car dealerships, it is usually with a degree of dread as we prepare ourselves for the usual high pressure sales. This was not the case when we came to Acura Columbus. We were very impressed with this dealership and its personnel. Everyone we met was professional and a pleasure with which to deal. There was nothing in the way of pressure to purchase. We shared our positive experience with our family and friends on social media -- something we typically do not do. Thank you Acura Columbus!

Normal service, plus a TSB

I took my TLX in for normal service, and asked for a shuttle to work. When they realized that there was a TSB, they proactively set up a courtesy car for me. They ensured the parts were available, performed the service, and had me back in my car the same day. Very professional, very friendly, and the job done right. Very satisfied.
