Pick up Service
During the week of August 19, I called the scheduling department to have my car picked up and taken to the dealership for a brake and a battery inspection on September 4. I spoke to an amazing young lady named Shantel. I was so impressed by her. She was polite, friendly, helpful, and professional. It was refreshing to speak with her, and she is an asset to the company.

Superior Customer Service/Very Friendly Sales Representative
We were sold on the dealership the moment we walked into the building. Very friendly and helpful sales representatives greeting us. Professional, Friendly, Confident
Pulling into the parking lot of the Infiniti of Columbus dealership, I was feeling a little intimidated. Driving a 15 y.o. CR-V with 230k miles next to all those expensive cars made me humble. But I had no reason to feel that way, everyone I came across was quietly professional and immediately wanted to make sure if there was anything they could do to help they would do so. Then I met Andrew Brownloe, my sales guy. This guy never slows down. He set me up with a test drive of the 2016 Tacoma I'd seen online and zoom, he was off on another mission. He was knowledgeable and humble at the same time. I want to look him up to buy my next vehicle. I came in, did a test drive, got the upper end of Kelly Blue Book for the CR-V, paid, signed and drove away in under three hours. Bam! And, my wife LOVES her new (to her) truck. One thing that struck me was that at Infiniti of Columbus is that there is not a separation between new and used cars. If you're good enough to sell new cars, you sell used cars too. There was not a used car section/sales office. Not sure why that impressed me, but it did. I wonder if other dealership brand sales mutts aspire to land a gig at places like Infiniti of Columbus. Like who would not want to dump a job as a used car sales person, for a career at a place like Infiniti of Columbus?!

Misleading customers
Sales staff provided me with miss leading information about wear and excess use allowance. Called and left several messages for a finance manager and the dealership manager. No one has returned my calls.
