Service -Excellent

I have purchased Ford Explorers from the dealership for a long time. The buying experience was awesome and the service experience has been excellent. The new facilities are outstanding with a wide selection of in stock vehicles. I have been using their service department exclusively the last few years and it is well worth the few extra minutes of travel to get there.

Coughlin Collision repair

Excellent job fixing my car. Very professional. Paid attention to detail. Kept me informed about progress of the repair. Very courteous. Would highly recommend .

Great buying experience....!,

Very easy buying experience, no games, just straight forward pricing, and the salesman Jeff did everything he said he was going to do.... The whole transaction from online looking to getting the truck delivered took only 4 days......

Filled the form several times via Cars.com and the dealer website, but have not heard back from the dealer at all. While most dealerships are the opposite, it would at least be nice to know if the car is still available given that I live 90 minutes away.

Worst instances of dealing with a used

One of the worst instances of dealing with a used car dealership at Coughlin Ford. They won't return calls or emails. I had to call multiple times to get information and when calling back I'd receive conflicting information from other managers. I had a credit card and cash ready to buy a car at asking price and they seemed uninterested in working. Stay away unless you enjoy phone tag and misinformation.
