My 2015 vehicle was purchased here and only serviced here . They always do an excellent job from making the appountment thru service completion . Fair prices, friendly staff, on time, but my favorite thing about Coughlin is that they never try to sell you on unnecessary work. To date, I have had regular oil and tire rotation service and replaced one pair of brakes. 115,000 miles. The car is great and so is my service. I recommend them to everyone!!

I came here after having a poor experience at Krieger Ford. The Coughlin Service team was amazing - especially Terra. She really went above and beyond. I had my daughter's car towed to Coughlin to be serviced. We told them what was wrong (transmission) wording came on dashboard. They called us and said it was the"throttle body". This car had been to 4 facilities and this was the 5th. None of the other facilities mentioned a throttle body including another Ford dealership and a transmission dealership. They said if it was fixed they could not guarantee that is what's wrong with the car. I said you are Ford you should be able to diagnose the problem. 2 out of the other dealers said it was the PCM. But because that was not the main code you guys wanted to fix something else a d you was not sure that was the problem
