Very professional. The work was completed earlier than promised. The dealership is extremely clean and they were taking CV19 precautions for those concerned about that

Great experience with the sales team at Coughlin Ford!

Dino and Aaron were great to work with, they provided great customer service during and after the sale. Would definitely do business with them again. They have a good inventory of trucks at a fair precise. Thanks!

Always on the mark!

Thorough, honest and capable service department. It's the only place I take my cars. I have been using them for 6 years. The folks there are so friendly and helpful!

Awesome as always!

My 2015 vehicle was purchased here and only serviced here . They always do an excellent job from making the appountment thru service completion . Fair prices, friendly staff, on time, but my favorite thing about Coughlin is that they never try to sell you on unnecessary work. To date, I have had regular oil and tire rotation service and replaced one pair of brakes. 115,000 miles. The car is great and so is my service. I recommend them to everyone!!

I came here after having a poor experience at Krieger...

I came here after having a poor experience at Krieger Ford. The Coughlin Service team was amazing - especially Terra. She really went above and beyond. My car runs like new and it’s because she worked hard (along with her techs) to make sure everything was done correctly. I will be Coughlin customer for life!

what a great commercial truck experience from Ryan Wheeler in sales to Rob Boggs in commercial service I cant wait to see how much better it will be for all when we get our own commercial repair facility .what a great place to shop for new or used .

Repairs

I had my daughter's car towed to Coughlin to be serviced. We told them what was wrong (transmission) wording came on dashboard. They called us and said it was the"throttle body". This car had been to 4 facilities and this was the 5th. None of the other facilities mentioned a throttle body including another Ford dealership and a transmission dealership. They said if it was fixed they could not guarantee that is what's wrong with the car. I said you are Ford you should be able to diagnose the problem. 2 out of the other dealers said it was the PCM. But because that was not the main code you guys wanted to fix something else a d you was not sure that was the problem
