The staff in the service department is very courteous and understanding of your needs. Once the examination of your vehicle is done they explain the procedure and cost so there are no hidden surprises! Would not hesitate to refer anyone to them.

Service
I brought my car in for a recall. The service area was quite busy when I came in and the wait did take a little while, however, every worker was extremely friendly making sure they said hello and informing me they would be with my shortly. While I was there I also asked to have my oil changed and a car wash (as the car was going to be there all day I wanted to take care of everything). The individual taking care of me was accommodating and assured the oil change would be completed and would push to have my car washed by the time I picked it up. By the time I picked my car up all services were completed and I was quickly taken care of.

I needed an oil change so I got The Works. My oil filter was very dirty, so I got that replaced. when coming Home from work the next day, I noticed a loud low rumble sound present. I drove back and they got me right in and fixed the issue. the work apologized Bout the air filter gasket not sealed all the way. Very professional.

Mike Bass-best regional Ford dealer for service
Mike Bass is the best of the regional Ford dealers, in my humble opinion. Their service department doesn't pull punches. They don't push product but do make recommendations. I appreciate the no-nonsense approach to maintenance and straight forward talk regarding options and upcoming maintenance. Service waiting room was full of men but soaps were on television. Ugh.
