Ford Explorer Repair
My car was completed in a timely manner - The only thing I have a complaint about was the Ford Tuarus I was given- The Vechicle was very dirty with stains all over the seats - I had to have the vehicle for 2 days and I did not want to have my family in the car. I recommend cleaning the vehicles before loaning them out to your loyal Ford customers. Other than that my service was great.

My car was in for service for several days and Kevin Nail called me frequently to inform me of their findings and any associated costs incurred. My car runs like a brand new car now. I appreciated that there were no surprises or hidden costs.

Terrible experience. Pricing was explained in the most confusing Manor possible. Saleman was rude when we tried to get more detail of options. I have been buying Chevrolet but father-in-law worked for Ford so thought we would go that way with this purchase.guess not

The service desk manager that wrote up my order was kind enough to spend extra time trying to get my phone reinstalled with the car. He went so far as to even install and then erase his own phone. He suggested to me that is was to phone's fault. I went to Verizon within 10 minutes my car and phone agreed again!

Fantastic service, really friendly
We were looking for a Certified Pre-owned vehicle and drive 180 miles to a different dealership? and left disappointed and rather irritated. With a quick nearby search on my cars.Com app, we found Mike Bass Ford. So we cruised about 15 minutes down the road and met Paul. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He told us that his shift ended at 2 o'clock, but he was willing to stay and assist us. We picked out our vehicle, got our financing, and drove home in our new, new to us, Escape. We would absolutely recommend Mike Bass Ford and Paul Lawson to? anyone who asks.
