Good dealership, they won’t haggle on prices, but at least for the car that I bought, their price was far lower than what I could even haggle any other dealerships down to on a similar vehicle. They only tried to get me to pay for two unnecessary warranties, which isn’t bad for a used car dealership. Folks there were friendly and personable, respectful of what I wanted. Their detail jobs could be done better, but a low price is worth a slightly dirty car. Michael Baldwin was a good guy and real helpful

My wife and I purchased a Kia Sedona on November 2nd, 2022. Jake Orsich was our salesman. He was very professional and accommodating to our needs. After Jake closed the sale with us, we were led into the office to get the paperwork finalized. While in there, the agent was quite insistent that we purchase an additional $2,000 service contract, to which I politely said "no", two times. I mentioned that I had very little confidence in these "So Called" service contracts, and politely declined. When the third attempt was made, with more intense pressure, my wife and I finally caved in. A few days later (11/5), Jake sent us a courtesy text to see how we were doing with our vehicle. We told him that we were very happy with the Sedona, but we had a bad taste in our mouth over being pressured into adding an additional $2,000 to our loan. Jake kindly followed up with management on our behalf to see how they could restore our confidence in the Ron Marhofer dealership. It was agreed that we would be able to get the service contract cancelled, although the process could take up to 6 weeks. During the 6 week+ waiting period, Jake followed up (11/28) to see if the we got things worked out yet. We told him that it hadn't been settled yet. Then, we saw that on the date of 12/30, the $2,000 had finally been erased from our account. So now, my wife and I are satisfied customers, and we would be happy to refer the Ron Marhofer dealership to our friends and acquaintances. We want to send out special commendation to Jake Orsich for his diligence in making sure that as customers we were treated with respect. After we left the dealership on 11/2 with our new purchase, I told my wife that we had been conned into a deal that we didn't want, and I had already written off the $2,000 as a loss. Thankfully, Jake's conscientious efforts restored our confidence in conducting business at a level of customer satisfaction that is worthy of praise. He is a fine salesman, but more importantly, a good man!

Michael Baldwin was very friendly, approachable, and professional while going through the process of purchasing a new vehicle. He made the experience as simple and efficient as possible while also being very thorough and detailed. He was very easy and enjoyable to work with and didn’t pressure my decision making. Michael also made the effort to reach out when he found the spare key to the vehicle a couple months after purchasing and mailed it to me without hesitation.
