Ervin was very nice and professional. Ervin explained everything and made the buying process much easier. If I ever need a car I would do business with Ron Marhofer again.

I received excellent service from two dealerships in the

I received excellent service from two dealerships in the Ron Marhofer auto family. At both sites I received timely responses and careful follow up. I bought my car via Internet. We had a large down payment and financed a very small amount. We were just appointed with the interest that we will pay as it was nearly 4% higher than the prearranged financing we had. You should also note that there is the ridiculous charge for paint and fabric protection around $700. This is just to put extra money in their pocket. That is the one thing that is negative. The price was excellent but I would rather pay more for the car and not for bogus charges. Brady and Amy were outstanding. Brandon helped us with the financing and kept us in the loop. This is the second car I bought from Ron Marhofer I live in New Mexico , so you can understand. I feel like they can be trusted.

Great vehicle at great price.

I purchased a 2021 Nissan Murano Platinum. Ervin was the salesman. He was great! Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. My Murano was delivered free of charge. I couldn’t be happier with the the new vehicle and the experience of buying a car from Ron Marhofer

5 Stars + They went above and beyond!

They were very honest and helpful, didn't sugar coat anything and worked with me to get me in the vehicle I wanted. They also have a nice facility, many many vehicles to choose from, and everyone working there was very nice. I recommend Ervin as a salesman to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle from them!!

Just terrible.

Just terrible. Don't go in with your own financing, they have zero interest in dealing with you. I don't know, maybe they just want the people that have a difficult time financing so they can take advantage? Also, don't be fooled by the price showed online. Junk fee added for fabric and paint protector that won't be removed in final pricing. Terrible communication and so unprofessional; finance lady was verging on downright rude. Thankfully there are plenty of fish in the sea when it comes to cars and deals at quarter end. We just thought it'd be convenient to use since close to the University where our child lived. Shopping in our vicinity now instead. As another viewer stated, slowwwwww response to calls and no response to emails as you're trying to finalize things. I mean we were approved and ready to buy. It was a no brainer. I don't get it.

Best used car buying experience ever!

Erwin in sales was a pleasure to deal with he was very upfront with everything. I have to admit I was a little nervous about buying a car from a different state without actually seeing the car, and only going based upon pictures when I showed up the car actually looked way better in person! Great dealership with great prices & very transparent.

Great experience buying a new car. Great salesman!

I recently bought a 2020 Subaru from Michael Baldwin. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Marhofer had a very good selection of low mileage used cars. I would recommend this dealership.

Michael and Kim were very easy to work with!

Michael and Kim were easy to work with. They were friendly and knowledgeable about the product. We come a very long distance and they were even helpful as to places to stay the night. When we picked up the vehicle the next day the process was very smooth and stress free which is unlike any other dealer I have been to.

Dishonest dealership: Shady tactics

This is the Shadiest dealership I have ever been to. After an online enquiry, Kyle Hoover reached out to me . He is the most disrespectful & dishonest Salesperson I have encountered. I get emails and text messages confirming the availability of a car I wanted. After multiple requests to send me a video, he promises that he has sent me, but I don't get any videos (Should Have been a red flag). I talk to him on the phone and tell him I have a 4 hour drive since I want this specific make and model and I confirm the car's availability. I drive 3 hours and get a call from Kyle stating another part is interested in it and the car might be sold (really?). He still asks me to come in. I make it to the dealership after a 4 hour drive and he does not have the courtesy to talk to me . He is on his cell phone the entire duration and tells me there is no car! Here's the kicker: The car is still available at the dealership 4 days after this incident . I ask my wife to send an enquiry for the availability and she gets a response to come in for a test drive. I don't understand the stupid games they play, but Stay away. Its your money: They will waste your time, disrespect you and you will be frustrated. Don't be fooled by the good reviews. Sort by 1 star reviews and you will see the pattern. The good reviews are probably paid testimonial.
