I was very happy with my salesman Igor.

I was very happy with my salesman Igor. He was very helpful and got me a great lease deal on my Silverado. He was recommended to me by my daughter when she leased her car and I will recommend him to anyone else who would like to get a vehicle from Matick. Thanks again.

From start to finish, this was the smoothest experience

From start to finish, this was the smoothest experience I've had with leasing a new vehicle. I researched dealers here on dealer rater and chose Matick and specifically Erik. I used the chat function on the site and linked up with Tina who answered all my questions. Once I got deeper into the numbers she deferred to Erik. I came in with two trucks in mind. Erik was telling me the ZR2 is the one that I needed to look at. I gave him my wish list early on and was focused on another truck. When that one went pending before I got to the dealership, I took a look at the ZR2 and was blown away. I should have listened to Erik from the start, he had my back, even if the truck was slightly more expensive. We worked out the deal and set delivery for today. Erik was unable to meet today at the last minute, so Paul stepped in and helped close the deal. Courtney in Finance was awesome too. The experience for me and my wife was outstanding. Coming from Downriver, I passed up many dealerships and put my trust in Matick and I was not disappointed. If I had one criticism, it would be with the website and the chatbot feature. It was helpful when I needed it, but the harassing nature of it constantly popping up could be a turn off for some customers.

If I could go lower, I definitely would.

If I could go lower, I definitely would. I was given a quote on April 30, 2024 and was told that it was unique to the end of the month. I told them I would not be able to make it before closing hours given my work and they assured me if I filled out the credit application that night they would give me the same quote tomorrow morning. I call the next day and they give me a quote 90 USD/ month higher than what they promised. I had made sure from them and asked multiple times because I had a competing quote from another dealership and they reiterated that they were sure they could match it the next morning. Everything is recorded and if they want to lie they can go ahead and review the phone records. DO NOT GO THERE! THEY MIGHT CHEAT YOU AND GIVE YOUR SWEET WORDS OVER THE PHONE SO YOU DON'T GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP BEFORE RIPPING YOU THE xxxx OFF!

We take customer feedback from guests and customers seriously and respectfully disagree with your assessment and are misrepresenting what occurred. Early in the day on the last day of the month and the rebate programs you reached out to our team asking us to beat a competitive quote you received, which we offered to do as long as the transaction was completed before close of business, when the rebate programs change. After a second call to us asking us to be another competitors offer just an hour before we close, we offered to do that and offered to stay late for you to take home the vehicle at the price you wanted. You did not come and then submitted a credit application to us after hours. Our team would not ever offer to honor a quote after the rebate programs have expired because there is no way to know what we could honor based on those changes. We understand the disappointment you have in the price adjustment, without question we would feel the same. That said, we did everything we could to give you a great price and offer to stay after hours with several of our team to facilitate things, but you did not come.

It is never our intention to have something like this occur. That said, if a customer who is in the store purchases a vehicle before someone else who has an appointment can come and see it, it is truly bad timing. We simply cannot hold a vehicle for someone who comes in on an appointment that might purchase it in lieu of someone in-store who IS purchasing it. We do whatever we can to quickly notify the customer with a pending appointment if this was to happen to save them time or offer alternatives.
