The Honda Store Boardman

Made two trips looking at cars. First trip I was looking at a 15 or 16 civic. Salesman couldn’t sell my on why buying a 16 was better than a 15. Second trip there I told the sales man I wanted a 16 civic ex. He told me they had a white one. I told him I didn’t want white because of the cream interior. He told me their site said black interior. So he pulled it up and sure enough, cream interior. So he pulled up another car. This one was an lx, not an ex. Next car he brought up was the right car but the passenger fender was caved in and the car had been side swiped. When I pointed this out his excuse was well it is a used car. Well why would this car that is beat up cost the same as a car in much better condition. Needless to say I left Akron and drove to new castle pa where I ended up purchasing a 19 civic. Both salesmen new very little about the products and could only speak to basic functions of the cars.

I drove 75 miles to see a car. Before making the trip, Lou assured me it would be worth my while. I was not disappointed. After a 40 minute test drive and all my questions were answered, I ended up buying the car.

We have been customers of the Honda Store for many years. Always received excellent sales and service. Paul McKay was our salesman this time and he did not disappoint. He made our purchase very easy to negotiate and was very knowledgeable about all of the purchase options. Our final price for the Pilot was below what we expected to pay. When our car was ready for pick up he explained all of the instrumentation and details of the vehicle and he made sure we understood everything.we were very impressed with Paul and extremely satisfied. We will continue to use the Honda Store as our #1 dealership and Paul as our #1 salesman. Also wanted to give Patrick in finance a 5 star review for helping us explain all of the finance and warranty options and working with us until we fully understood all of the paperwork.

Very satisfied with the prompt service I received. i appreciate that they were able to diagnose and fix the problem this morning. I was treated well and would not hesitate to use them again.

Ron was excellent to deal with. He was very thorough explaining all the features of our Odyssey EX. He was able to negotiate a price better than our expectations. He didn't pressure us to purchase a vehicle. All around great experience.
