We just bought a 2014 Honda CR-V LX. Within 40 minutes of leaving the store we called to cancel the extended warranty. We had been told earlier that all paperwork for the day had already been sent in. But when we called back 45 minutes later to cancel, they said they just sent it in. It has been a nightmare trying to get the extended warranty cancelled. Mary in finance will fight you tooth and nail. We signed the paperwork to cancel a week ago, and nothing has been sent over to the bank yet. In the meantime, we just received our payment book with the extended warranty included. DON'T EVER BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY, UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH A NIGHTMARE. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone, and we will not deal with them again.

Most pleasant car leasing experience ever
We had previously bought a car from the Honda Store and have been pleased with their service department. It was a nice surprise when we called the Internet Sales manager, Michelle, and she still remembered who we were after 9 years. The prices she quoted were exactly what the website listed which hadn't happened at another dealer. It was such a smooth process and there were no hidden fees or charges so it really was a sign and drive lease deal. We would highly recommend ,Michelle, and the entire Honda store employees. We have always been treated professionally and courteously by all of the staff at the service department or in the dealership.

wonderful service
I had gone to this store to lease my new Honda Civic, and honestly I have been to multiple places this summer looking for a new car. Pete Luongo was a great salesman he made me feel comfortable asking any questions about the car and was very kind answering each one of them. In fact, he even called me the next day to ask if everything was going good and if I ever needed any help with something in the car to give him a call. He went over and beyond my expectations and I am very thankful to have gone into this store.

Found the prices for used way too high to be of actual value. Could buy a new Jetta for the same price. So not worth buying staying with the old car tha tis paid for. email return wasn't much but a form email nothing personal either
