I noticed a smell of burning oil from under my Ram. When it finally stopped snowing and raining in Ohio I noticed there were spots on my driveway. I inspected the underside and there was a leak coming from around the oil filter. I called Cody from service this past Saturday and attempted to make an appointment. The service area was booked till the end of the week. When I explained I had an important trip coming up he said he would work me in on Monday morning. I dropped the truck off and they were nice enough to drop me at work. Around 11 am Cody called me and said my truck was ready and asked if he could drop it off to me at work! Within a few minutes he was there made and my day! When I left for home I was pleasantly surprised they had washed the truck and swept the interior. Cody thanks for your help, my son and I will enjoy our fishing trip because of you guys.

As the web site and emails from them said they would, Wally Armour dealt with us with honesty and integrity. No tricks, gimmicks or sleight of hand. We appreciated the way Wally laid out the price, discounts, etc. down to the bottom line. Very friendly, no pressure, great atmosphere. They even stayed late so we could take the vehicle home that day! We highly recommend this dealer!

The sales rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. I actually had been to the dealership earlier in the year but did not make a purchase, but Brent was extremely helpful so I asked specifically for him when returning. The entire staff for that matter was very polite. I also like the selection of vehicles and everyone stayed late to help wrap up the sale as it was towards the end of the day when we finalized the purchase.

Brad was kind to my wife and very knowledgeable. The quote was spot on and the use of a loaner vehicle made our two car appointment much easier to manage.

The staff was great. But if I had the opportunity I would return the vehicle. I do not feel like it is going to last me another 2 years without having a major problem.

I drove 1.5 hrs. from WV to Alliance, OH because of all of the positive reviews I read and their prices on trucks were more affordable than West Virginia. Shayna Benning was the sales person to assist me and she did a great job through out the entire process. I had even left my garage door opener in my trade-in vehicle and Shayna mailed it out to me the very next day, thanks Shayna!

Came in for a costly service and walked out with a newer vehicle. Staff was amazing and willing to go the extra mile to get the best deal possible.
