Jeff and Dan worked great together helping me get my car. I knew what I wanted and they worked hard to help make that happen. They had great attitudes and were down to earth. Very relaxed atmosphere. If I had one complaint- it would be Joe. ( I felt pressured and rushed by only him)

Hassle Free Sales people
Jeff and Dan were super friendly. They did not make me feel pressured into getting what I did not want. They were flexible with my work schedule. They made a terrific team that made me feel very relaxed during the whole process. There was no hassles, no pressuring, and they were honest. I will most definitely get my next vehicle from them.

A wondrful experience
I had a great experience at Wally Armour, Clem Ewing was extremly helpful, patient and sincere about helping me find the best car for my money. This was my first time car shopping and I don't think i could of had a better experience anywhere else. I've told all my friends about Wally Amour and how great not only Clem but all of the staff were and I'd recommend them to anyone! I really appreciate all the help that I recieved fom the Wally Amour crew and I intend to bring them more business! So if you're looking for a car go to Wally Armour and ask for Clem!

great experience
I was having a transfercase put in my jeep and having computer worked on and needed to be at work. I was going to have another shop do the work but code moved heaven and earth to make sure I was able to get to work and not have to drive my busted jeep 1 more day. Dropped it off and he put me in a vehicle while they worked on mine. They made my jeep all better and me happy as can be.

Great Experience
Went to Wally Armour to look at new Chrysler 200. Our sales person Gene Paina was a great help. He found the right car with all the options I wanted! He was patience and very professional. This was such a great car buying experience. I never felt pressured. Looking forward to doing more business there in the future.

Very awesome experience for a first time buyer.
Josh Tenney was my salesman and I wouldn't ask for any other associate. He was very attentive and helped me with every aspect of my purchase! The rest of the staff was also very nice and knowledgable. I won't go anywhere else in the future.

previous dealer progressive dodge made me feel unimportant
i got my 2014 grand cherokee new at progressive dodge in massillon . i left the dealership feeling great about the vehicle and price.a year later i go to get myself a new car.progressive was the first place i went they treated me right the first time. it should be the same.WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i told the sales rep what i needed at what price i never saw him after that. HIS MANGER TRIES TO REASON WITH ME.insulted me with my clean trade in value.i even showed the manager the same car for less.he says all leases are the same and i wont get that car at that price. so 2 hours later i left progressive without a new car. so i emailed Zach for a eprice on the car i showed the manager and 10 min later i got a call from him .Zach said we can do it.with little faith i went to wally armour in alliance i talked to zach crewson and in 20 min Zach and the management at wally armour blew me away. they got me the car i wanted for the price i needed.there was no well we can do this or that. it literally was 5 min of haggling.. left wally armour feeling like i won.who feels like that leaving a dealership.THIS GUY DOES AND I DID.thanks to zach and wallys management. i recommend wally armour to anyone new or used. hopefully ill be getting me and my wife 5 or 6 new cars from wally armour plus my two kids when they drive iam that happy with how i was treated
