Appointment due to engine light. Brad was very helpful in explaining the repair process and the time frame that I would be waiting. He checked with me several times to make sure I was comfortable and if I needed anything. The repair time was exactly as the time given. Brad made sure that my Dodge Ram was washed and ready for me to complete my daily activities. It was a really good experience and everyone there was really pleasant to talk to. Clem Ewing was wonderful throughout the entire process. He thoroughly explained each feature during the ordering of the vehicle and provided recommendations. Clem was in contact after the vehicle was ordered regarding expected build and delivery dates. Once delivered, Clem ensured my new car was safe until I could make the two and a half hour drive to finalize the purchase. Prior to me driving the car off the lot, he provided an overview of the features and connected my phone to UConnect. Clem checked in the following day. Great experience with Joe (finance) as well.
