Appointment due to engine light. Brad was very helpful in explaining the repair process and the time frame that I would be waiting. He checked with me several times to make sure I was comfortable and if I needed anything. The repair time was exactly as the time given. Brad made sure that my Dodge Ram was washed and ready for me to complete my daily activities. It was a really good experience and everyone there was really pleasant to talk to. Keep Brad as long as you can. As a business owner, I know how hard it is to find good employees, and when you do find a good employee, it benefits the whole company. Thank you, Amy Haidet

Great Experience
Clem Ewing was wonderful throughout the entire process. He thoroughly explained each feature during the ordering of the vehicle and provided recommendations. Clem was in contact after the vehicle was ordered regarding expected build and delivery dates. Once delivered, Clem ensured my new car was safe until I could make the two and a half hour drive to finalize the purchase. Prior to me driving the car off the lot, he provided an overview of the features and connected my phone to UConnect. Clem checked in the following day. Great experience with Joe (finance) as well.

A great car buying ecperience
I was treated very well and I really felt like my sales associate was listening to what I wanted. I did not feel pressured and I thoroughly enjoyed being able to take my time and examine my options. Everyone was really great and I think that was one of the most positive car buying experiences I have ever had.

Great Buying Experience
My salesman , Bill Powell, did an excellent job giving me all the info I needed on the phone before I even came to the dealership. Bill had the car ready for us to test drive in just a few minutes even though we came in an hour before our scheduled appointment time. After a smooth and painless sale he did an awesome job of making sure we understood all the options on our new vehicle. Very Comfortable Experience
I came to Wally Armour looking for a specific vehicle (2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude). After calling in and talking with Brent Campbell, he made me feel comfortable about working with Wally Armour and answered all of my initial questions. When I arrived at the facility, I was promptly greeted by Bill Powell. Since Brent was with another customer at that time, Bill kindly showed me the Altitude and Limited models of the Grand Cherokee. He thoroughly explained both vehicles and their differences in great detail. The test drive experience with Bill was also great! I chose to purchase the Altitude because I love the black trim and the overall look and feel of the vehicle. When I came back two days later to purchase the vehicle, I was able to work with Brent. Brent was very helpful and attended to me as quickly as he could. The financing/paperwork process was very quick, easy and painless. Everything was thoroughly explained to me. I did not feel like I was getting "tricked" into anything as I have felt with other dealerships in the past. After it was all said and done, Brent answered any final questions, gave me a refresher on the features of the vehicle, and took my picture with my brand new Jeep! He even said he would call me in 2 days to see how everything is going with my new purchase! Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram in the area!! Great job, guys!

Excellent all around.
Willingness and ability to communicate and negotiate via email and texts. I have a lot of demands on my time and was not able to physically spend a lot of time searching and negotiating. Very attentive and helpful!
