I went out looking to buy a new vehicle. I was presently in a Chevrolet truck. I was torn between a car or an SUV. Gary TRABEL my salesman gladly set up cars and SUV's for me to test drive. I drove five different vehicles which I know is a pain but it made it easy for me to decide what I wanted to buy. There is no playing around with the price and I felt I was treated fairly. My family and I have been using this dealership for a very long time and it is great. The Hirlinger's and their employees are a huge help in getting you through the process of buying a car. I'm a college student who needed a new car but wasn't sure if I could afford one they worked the beat deal and it was an amazing and pain free experience.

Bought a new truck from Gary Trabel at Hirlinger Chevrolet. Gary was great to deal with during the buying process and at delivery of the truck. When I took delivery of the truck he went over everything about the truck including every switch and all the programming of the radio and other stuff. That has never happened to my wife or me on any other vehicle we've purchased. Very impressed! I had a blemish on the bumper that I noticed when I got the truck home. I took it back on Monday and they apologized about it and ordered a new bumper. 2 days later I took it back to have the new bumper put on. I dealt with Tobey Woolwine in the service department and he also made the experience very smooth. I highly recommend Hirlinger Chevrolet. Everyone we dealt with was professional and easy to deal with.

I visited this dealer looking for a used vehicle. After talking with them and going over what I was looking for they helped pick out the best fit. I wasn't pressured into making any decisions, and was given plenty of time to test the vehicle and make my decision. The process was quick and easy, and the best part was the exceptional help in making sure I received the best financing possible. I was informed of the warranties etc, but not pressured into buying anything additional, and the financial manager did everything possible to get me the best rate on my loan. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends, though with one small warning.... I had a hard time getting information about how the lifetime warranty works until I was already signing paperwork. Be sure to read up on the details of it yourself if you plan on buying a vehicle here, it's actually a great deal if you plan on investing the money to take proper care of your car but make sure you understand what it entails.

We went into Hirlinger to see what Chevrolet had to offer, and walked out with a 2015 Equinox. We worked with Mark Sturwold and Jim Wilson, who were both extremely polite and efficient. Chevrolet offered a great warranty package and a 2 year service agreement. We haven't dealt much with Chevrolet in the past, but this was most definitely a positive experience.

Very nice and clean dealership. Mark Sturwold was who I worked with and he was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Their selection of vehicles is top notch. Not once did i feel pressured to buy during the many "visits" I made looking for just the right deal. Will definitely return here for my next purchase.

We have used Hirlinger Chevrolet to buy three vehicles. Each time is better than the last. They are friendly, knowledgable, and courteous through the whole experience. We were waiting for a Colorado and they said they would call as soon as it came in. True to their word they called as soon as it rolled off the delivery truck.
