We went to the used car lot to look at a SUV. The lot is very crowded and hard to maneuver with a car. Also, the vehicle we test drove was not clean. The sales person was also not interested in discussing prices and the value of our trade-in. We did not have a good experience with the used car section of this dealership.

I visited this dealer looking for a used vehicle. After talking with them and going over what I was looking for they helped pick out the best fit. I wasn't pressured into making any decisions, and was given plenty of time to test the vehicle and make my decision. The process was quick and easy, and the best part was the exceptional help in making sure I received the best financing possible. I was informed of the warranties etc, but not pressured into buying anything additional, and the financial manager did everything possible to get me the best rate on my loan. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends, though with one small warning.... I had a hard time getting information about how the lifetime warranty works until I was already signing paperwork. Be sure to read up on the details of it yourself if you plan on buying a vehicle here, it's actually a great deal if you plan on investing the money to take proper care of your car but make sure you understand what it entails.

John was the best salesman we've met yet. He worked with us and was so helpful considering we drove three hours to his dealership. Everything was in order and ready for us when we arrived. The test drive and buying process was quick, informative, professional and pain free! Definitely worth the drive to buy a car from this salesman!

I was very satisfied with my purchase. Denny was very nice and helpful in answering all my questions. I had gone home and before I returned to the dealership after calling him , Denny had the paper work all ready waiting for me when I walked in. It did not take anytime before I was walking out and on my way home. He said if I had any questions at all about anything after I got home to call him and he would be happy to answer them. First purchase ever at this dealership. Made the drive from Kentucky, and I'm glad I did!!! Buying Process was easy and fast. Worked with me on some credit issues and gave me several financing options. Salespeople were very nice and so were the managers. I got a warranty on my car for as long as I own it. I would definitely recommend this and will definitely be back when I purchase a car for my daughter in the spring.

The only true problem with me was the mileage was over 4,000 of what was avertised, and my floor mats that were pictured in the trunk were not there and I didn't take notice to that until after I made it back to Indianapolis In, But there in the process of shipping those to me so thats really not an issue. Fast over the phone application process, so when I arrived I just test drove and filled out the paper work and I was on my way.

When contacting Hirlinger Chevrolet the salesmen was very attentive and very thorough as it pertained to my needs as a perspective customer. I would give the sales team a grade of A plus.
