Overall a very good experience

I was looking for a used certified LX570, I saw one advertised on the dealer's website, I stopped by on my way home from work, talked to Katherine Sweeney. There was no pressure, not much negotiation, however the advertised price was reasonable. Bought the car the same day and drove it home, We have been very happy with it. Ms. Sweeney called to followup and make sure everything was OK. I recommend this dealer. I cannot rate the service department as I have not tried it yet.

Great Buying Experience

My buying experience at Performance Lexus was by far the best experience I have had purchasing a new car. Scotty, the salesman, didn?t apply pressure and allowed me to take my time with the decision. We agreed on a price and the rest of the process was just as pleasant. Scotty welcomed me to the Lexus family and explained all the perks that are associated with being a Lexus owner. I am very pleased with the experience and expect to be a loyal Lexus customer for years to come.

Awesome !!

Tony and the Performace Lexus team were awesome! My wife and I have bought several cars in our life and this was a completely different experience is s great way. They rolled out the red carpet for us and you can tell this is the normal treatment they give. We will be buying all of our future cars here!

Great professional service

Recently purchased an RX 350 and could not be more pleased with the experience. Very professional and knowledgeable staff as a whole and felt very welcomed in the dealership. My salesman, John, went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle I was looking for without making me feel pressured. Will definitely return.

A gem at Performance Lexus

This is our second Lexus from Performance Lexus and a fourth we’ve owned; we had the opportunity to work with many dealers, but Performance trumps many of them. This go around we worked with Doug Greenup at Performance Lexus to re-new our lease and replace RX350 with a new NX F-Sport. We were very pleased with Doug and the whole team at Performance Lexus. Doug was always available to us over the phone and in person. He is professional, yet knows how to have a little fun; he never pressured us into a purchase and was straightforward and easy to deal with. It’s been over a week, yet Doug still takes his time to follow up with us and check how the vehicles is and if we have any questions, and how we like the car in general. This is definitely not necessary, but shows that he is there to build a long lasting relationship, which we truly appreciate. Another great quality we have noticed – if Doug didn’t have an answer for us, he wouldn’t make one up, but rather research it and provide us with accurate information. To Performance management – you guys do have a very talented sales person on your team who makes a stressful process a lot less stressful. This review wouldn’t be complete, if we didn’t give the credit to Rich Cook and Jason Morgan in finance department – gents, thank you for taking the time to explain everything and your patience during the process. All in all, we had a very positive experience and would strongly recommend Doug Greenup at Performance Lexus for your next Lexus purchase. Will see you all during our next purchase.

3rd RX

Doug Greenup was very helpful with our questions regarding which models we needed and working out other details we needed to resolve. It is our 3rd RX and was very happy with our process this time. Jeff Butler also made the paperwork very easy and quick.

Complicated sound system repair

Maybe it's because I've purchased three LS's from Performance -- I'm not sure -- but they treat me like family on every visit and most recently i had a complicated sound system issue that they stayed on top of until it was like new. They have my loyalty.

Above and beyond..

I started out looking in one direction but Tony Baxter (my salesperson) listened to my needs and wants and offered his experience and guidance. I ended up going in a slightly different direction. I could not have made a better decision for my family or myself. I would go back to Tony and the Performance family without a doubt.

Recent 30,000 mile maintenance visit

Just last week I took my 2013 ES350 in for the 30,000 mile maintenance. My appointment was scheduled for 12:30 but as last we finally had a beautiful day for golf. I called and Performance Maintenance team got me in and started on my car at 11:00. They also put two people on the job and I was out in 2 hours rather than the normal 3 hours for this maintenance. The car was clean, clean, clean when I got it back. The maintenance was explained in detail and everything is ready for a trip to Florida. Thanks to Wayne Hill my for his assistance in making this an excellent experience. Thanks to Phillip for getting me in earlier and on the course early afternoon. This is my second Lexus from Performance and in the five years I have been going there I have never been disappointed in service or sales

Great new car buying experience
