Very good at the bait and switch game.
Very good at the bait and switch game. Don’t waste your time if they say the vehicle you’re interested in is still on the lot at the price they have advertised. When you arrive they will say “the vehicle just sold an hour ago” even after they confirmed our appointment three times. Complete waste of time and I’ll be doing business elsewhere!

Recently bought a 2024 RX350h.
Recently bought a 2024 RX350h. Only after paying for the car, signing all the paperwork, and finishing a basic review of the car's features did we learn we would only get one fob and would have to wait one to two months for a second fob. Pretty low handed. Expected much better.
