Recently bought a 2024 RX350h.

Recently bought a 2024 RX350h. Only after paying for the car, signing all the paperwork, and finishing a basic review of the car's features did we learn we would only get one fob and would have to wait one to two months for a second fob. Pretty low handed. Expected much better.

Very good at the bait and switch game.

Very good at the bait and switch game. Don’t waste your time if they say the vehicle you’re interested in is still on the lot at the price they have advertised. When you arrive they will say “the vehicle just sold an hour ago” even after they confirmed our appointment three times. Complete waste of time and I’ll be doing business elsewhere!

Well your manager called on Mon and said he would call on Tues when the car came in. SURPRISE...NO CALL ON TUES! 2nd time dropping the ball! The dealership was beautiful, but the management running this dealership must have some issues. This was our 1st experience at this dealership and it was HORRIBLE!

We are looking for customer service, not excuses! We want to have an appointment so that when we get there we do not have to waist time waiting. We want the vehicle to be clean, inspected and ready to show when we get there. We want a ,"CAN DO" attitude and , "WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP" sales person. We DO NOT want EMPTY PROMISES AND EXCUSES! I do not want to hear how long you have worked there or other positive testimonials, I want MY experience there to be exceptional. I want to feel like MY business is valuable! This is a high end dealership and I EXPECTED to be treated like a high end customer, not a buy here, pay here lot! At this point, the buy here, pay here lot could probably do a better job!! I Know We cannot be the only customer experiencing this! And so our quest to find our next vehicle continues, hopefully it will go better in the future. I sincerely hope others do not have similar experiences as we did at this dealership as it is very disappointing and when you are spending a large amount of money making a big purchase, it should feel GREAT!

After calling to speak with a sales person about a car

After calling to speak with a sales person about a car advertised, I made an appt with Terry Lowery for 1pm. I asked him to have all the maintenance records on this car ready. I texted him that we were on our way there. We had money and ready to buy the car. We got there and had to WAIT for Terry just to find out that that car was loaned out and NOT AVAILABLE!! We drove 45 min to get there! I EXPECTED our car and salesperson to be there and ready for us! I EXPECTED to leave there with a car, but left disappointed and pissed!!
