Recently purchased a 2015 Lexus ES 350.

I recently purchased a certified Lexus ES 350 vehicle from Performance Lexus. My 2005 Lexus ES was being serviced at the time. While I waited, I wandered around the new ($$$$) and used car sales when I saw a certified 2015 ES that amazingly had the same color exterior and interior as my current vehicle. I was impressed since I had probably never seen that same color combination on a newer Lexus vehicle. I had not contacted any salesperson because, as I stated, I was just waiting for the repair news on my 2005 vehicle. Later, in the separate vehicle repair area, I was told that I would need new brakes (expected) and that my valves were leaking badly (unexpected). I indicated to the repair section that they should complete the brake repair, but wait on the valve job. While waiting for the brakes to be replaced, I asked salesperson, Tony Baxter, about the 2015 ES. He stopped whatever he was doing and immediately shared info about the car, let me test drive it, and so on. The bottom line: he gave me what I believe was a good deal on trading my 2005 ES and waived the repair cost on that vehicle. Jeff from Finance was also quite helpful in quickly processing my credit data and waiting a few days until I could make a monetary transfer. Paul from Technology was instantly helpful as he provided me with a "quick and dirty" lesson on how to use some of the technology (bluetooth, integrated systems, satellite radio, various warning systems, etc.) that my 2005 ES never dreamed of having [however, I'm still waiting on one of his Saturday workshops to be scheduled]. Finally, the icing on the cake: my right-front tire pressure indicator was always on (in the few weeks I had the car) and a tire warning symbol suddenly popped on. I immediately took the car to Performance Lexus the next morning and the Service Area rep indicated that I had a nail in the tire. I thought that I was going to have to pay about $225 for a new tire for a car that I had only a few weeks. Randy from the administration intervened with Service and stated that because I had purchased a certified vehicle that there would be no cost for that tire in the first year of car ownership. The bottom line: I highly recommend all the departments at Performance Lexus! Phillip

Always professional and courteous !

The service department is the best. Always professional and courteous! Mrs. Hackman is the best service advisor and makes sure everything is right on track. This is my first Lexus and won't be my last!

Great car buying experience

I went in to Lexus to just look and dream about getting a new Lexus, I was greeted by John Milazzo, he was so kind and only gave me his attention. He showed me the car I was interested in and took his time showing me all the amazing features. A few hours later, I was the proud new owner of my first Lexus! Thank you John for a painless and comfortable experience!

BLOWN AWAY!

I met with Jeff Smith, on a whim, with an interest in buying a Lexus for the first time. Jeff was extremely helpful and had a deep knowledge of the vehicles I had interest in. After a couple of test drives and some indecision on my part, Jeff went above and beyond with making sure I was comfortable. It was nice to work with a salesman that made it feel like it was a consultation rather than a "Pressured" sale. I had a fantastic experience working with both Jeff and Jason Morgan.

Love my new car!

Geoff was phenomenal! He listened to what I was looking for and found a car that fit me perfectly. The process was so easy. They gave me a great deal on both my trade in and my "new" previously owned car. My BMW is a dream to drive. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Review of 2016 Lexus Rx350 purchase on 10/04/16

This was our best experience ever in buying a new car. Everyone at this dealership treated us like they were a member of our family. Words cannot express how well we were taken care of by everyone, including Ralph, Jeffrey, Jason and others. Folks, it just doesn't get any better than this. It was a "magic carpet ride" from start to finish. Whenever you go to Performance Lexus, it feels like going home to your family. Please stop in and see Ralph Sells, Mgr and Jeffrey Bopst salesman, for a once in a lifetime experience, that you will never , ever forget! My wife now feels like a "PRINCESS" while driving this spectacular car. She cried when they showed it to her when it was prepped and ready with a big red bow over the top of it. It was breathtaking to say the least! Good feelings start a chain of events that create good circumstances and we sure feel good about everyone at Performance Lexus!!!

Vehicle Purchase

I recently visited Perfomance Lexus and worked with Jeff Smith. Jeff was very knowledgeable and bent over backwards to help with my purchase. He took time to understand what I liked and found me the perfect vehicle in my price range. If you are thinking of purchasing a new vehicle I highly recommend visiting Jeff and being treated like an A+ customer by a professional and knowledgeable salesman! I simply love my 2014 certified Lexus!!!
