Excellent service

The sales experience with Robb Kelly was excellent. The entire sales team worked with us to make us have a good experience. Tony Baxter also gets a call-out for good customer service. We got the car we wanted, and they encouraged us to do comparison pricing on the internet. They wanted to be sure that we bought the car we wanted. The service by Ron Riek was also excellent, and he met us and did the service we requested the same day. Remember to ask for a loaner car if you need one. I would highly recommend Performance Lexus as a dealer to do business with.

Ben Halpin was great!

I enjoyed buying a car at Performance Lexus! My experience was great! I have owned a Toyota Sequoia, 2013 Lexus RX350, and 2016 Lexus RX350.

Smooth with no pressure

From start to finish the entire process was way to easy. The GM (Dan) handled my transaction from Trade value to pricing within a matter of days. I was in no rush and at no time felt pressured into buying in order to gain a last minute deal nearing the end of the month. This was my fourth purchase from Dan and his team and of course won't be the last. If you want a group that will listen, explain and deliver be sure and ask for Dan or Doug Greenup when visiting. It's almost a 100 mile commute one way for me to purchase so that says something considering I pass several other Lexus dealers on the way. Thanks again for a job well done!

The Definition of Lexus Customer Experience!

My family was in the market for hybrid crossover since 2014. I originally contacted Doug Greenup at Performance Lexus after working with him many years ago. Fast forward to 2016 and we became really interested in the 2016 Lexus RX 450h. I worked with several other dealerships and found the best experience at Performance Lexus of Cincinnati. Not only was Doug Greenup extremely helpful throughout the ordering processes, he made sure everything was done my way, not the usual way. I ordered a custom ordered RX hybrid and got a great price as well. I was given useful updates by e-mail and he responded to all my requests in an acceptable amount of time. I even asked that the car not be washed or waxed and he made sure no one but me touched the car. Once at the dealership, it was nice chatting with everyone that helped us. Shout out to Ralph Sells, Jonathan Gutman, and Jason Morgan! The buying experience was so good; I’m looking forward the servicing my car there as well.

Truckman

After speaking by telephone to Maria, we traveled out of state to Performance Lexus and purchased a used automobile. Maria could have shown the car to others but honored the fact we were on our way. It was a first class experience.

Helpful, Genuine and Thorough

I purchased a new Lexus RC from Performance Lexus and the experience was excellent. I had heard negative reviews of the dealership previously but there was no arrogance at all. The salesman was genuine and willing to work with me and seemed to genuinely care about what I needed and worked with me. Highly recommend.

Best car buying experience ever!

This was by far THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! In the past, having teeth pulled was more fun! The staff were all very nice and professional. John Milazzo, our salesperson, was awesome! He took to the time to search the U.S. for the exact car we wanted. We ended up having to order one - a 3 month process. John kept us informed on this progress of our car. We are very happy with our purchase. Performance Lexus rocks!!!!
