Friendly staff and great service
Jeff Smith helped me find a nice reliable car within my price range. I am a college student with not too much credit but we were able to work out a great deal on my 2011 Hyundai Elantra without me needing a cosigner. He was very accommodating and friendly.

Used cars
Went there and looked at a used car. Worked out with salesman over phone to buy a car. Approved and paperwork was in process. Suppose to be there at 6:00 to buy car and they sold it to someone else at 3:00. NOT very happy. I understand first come first serve but our paperwork was in the process.

Best Car Buying Experience EVER!
This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Tony Baxter was so friendly and took the time to get to know me, talk with me and put me at ease. I love my new car, and even though I live in Dayton, I'll likely have my car serviced at this dealership.....it will be worth the drive! Thank you to the entire team for making me feel comfortable with my decision.

Any used cars are LEMONS!!!
This business does not stand by its reputation. Tony Baxter did everything in his power to sell me a lemon. I am not their regular Lexus customer, I purchased a used Kia, that had problems within the first week and is now broken down less than 60 days of purchasing the vehicle. Therefore, I received lies, deception and fraudulent customer service. Tony said before he let his reputation become smeared by anyone they would trade or buy the vehicle back. Now they want to act as if buying the vehicle back is an issue. If I were the right complexion it wouldn't be an issue. The vehicle would be purchased in a heartbeat. I believe that wholeheartedly.

20 year old first car experience
My son and I shopped and bought a used car ~$12,000 for his college Co-op job , but were treated as were were buying a new Lexus. Best experience I have ever had at any dealership! I am very impressed by the entire staff in how they treated my son. Thank you Performance Lexus for a wonderful experience.

Excellent service. Very responsive and helps in all facets of my purchase. Helps me with numerous things needed to be done that were not in his area of responsibility (i.e. changing insurance to new purchase) taking me to get title from trade in car). Great positive personality!

God has Tony in place at Performance Lexus to do work for the Kingdom. It was an awesome exhilarating experience to encounter Tony. Just when my husband and I thought that no one one was left to do the work of the Lord, God stepped in and said, "I have reserved seven thousand in Israel, all whose knees have not bowed to Baal, and every mouth that has not kissed him."
