I love my new 2024 Nissan frontier.
I love my new 2024 Nissan frontier. Went in telling them exactly what I needed. I kayak fish and now I have space to camp out and take my kayak anywhere. I can also have my family sitting comfortably. The staff is great! And I love how they explained everything to me so I can understand. I'll definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Bought a 2024 Nissan Titan best purchase ever wouldn't trade it for nothing in this world. The saleman was excellent with all my questions . My credit wasn't all that good but they made it happen with a 3.9% interest rate. Highly recommend them to purchase with !

Do not buy a vehicle in this Bert Ogden! We Bought a New 2023 Rogue in March 2023 and I have been having so many issues with it. They tell you when your vehicle stays overnight they will loan you a vehicle which is not true! They always say they don't have any available. The Service Manager says "Nissan only sends us the car and we sell and fix them that is it!" We've bought new cars in other Dealerships and never had this bad service like this one! Google up Nissan Roque's and there are a lot of people complaining about it.

DON'T TRUST RICHIE
GOT A CALL FROM RICHIE THAT IF I WAS STILL INTERESTED IN BUYING A CAR (APPIED ONLINE) AND I TOLD HIM THAT IT WAS MY SON THAT HE WAS LOOKING FOR A USED TRUCK AND THAT HE WAS DISSAPOINTED ON ANOTHER DEALERSHIP,THE SALEMAN FROM THE OTHER DEALERSHIP COULDN'T WORK WITH $400 TO $550 PAYMENTS WITH A TRADE IN FOR A NO DOWN PAYMENT, I TOLD HIM THAT IS WEREN'T GOING OVER TO THE DEALERSHIP IF WE WERE GOING TO BE DISSAPOINTED AGAIN AND HE ASKED WHAT DID WE WANTED AND I TOLD HIM THAT THE SAME DEAL FROM THE OTHER DEALERSHIP. HE TOLD ME THAT THEIR WAS A TRUCK THAT HE HAD AND HE CAN WORK WITH WE WANTED AND HE CAN ACCEPT MY TRADE IN AND PAY ME TOP $ AND I WOULD NOT NEED A DOWN AND WITH PAYMENT THAT I HAD ASKED. SO WE GO TO THE DEALERSHIP AND SPOKE TO RICHIE AND HE TOLD ME THAT THE TRUCK HAS BEEN SOLD AND HE TRIED TO CALL ME BUT I DIDNT ANSWER THE PHONE. SO I TOLD HIM THAT'S OK, AND TOLD ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO LOOK IN THE WEBSITE IF THIERS ANY TRUCKS IN STOCK THAT IT HASNT BEEN POSTED AND A SALEMAN PULLS UP WITH A TRUCK, THINKING THAT RICHIE WAS A SALESMAN WHEN HE WAS A MANGER OF ANOTHER DPT. THE SALEMAN TOLD ME THAT THIS WAS THE ONLY TRUCK THEY HAD AND HE WAS GOING TO HELP ME, TOLD HIM THAT TRUCK IS NEWER AND MORE EXPENSIVE AND IT WASNT GOING TO WORK WITH THE AMOUNT THAT I HAD AGREED WITH RICHIE, THE SALEMAN TOLD ME THAT HE DOSESNT KNOW IF IT WILL BE SAME OFFER THAT BUT WE CAN TRY TO GET IT CLOSE. HE CAME BACK WITH AN OFFER OF GIVING ME THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF THE TRADE IN AND NEEDED A DOWNPAYMENT AND WITH PAYMENTS OF $989 FOR A 2016 TRUCK.THIS GUYS TICK YOU TO COME IN AND THEN THEY TELL ''SORRY WE CANT WORK WITH YOUR OFFER" SO THIS IS THE WORSE DEALERSHIP IN THE RGV , DONT TRUST THEM WHEN THEY CALL YOU CAUSE THEY ARE THE BEST LIERS.

Finance Dep is the worst.
Finance Dep is the worst. I wouldn't recommend them. Even if you have great credit and Down payment. They use the wait trick and make you wait for hours. I don't understand. Been waiting for over 45 days for a voided warranty. They wont call you back. Went in person and was told that they are not handling warranty's that day. To come another day. What an inconvenience. We were a Nissan Family and will not return to that location.

muy mala experiencia me ofrecieron garantias al mes de la compra ñas cancele y es fecha que no me han retornado el reembolso hasta se molestan porque voy a preguntar donde esta desde 4 de abril 22 que cancele las garantias les mandaron el reembolso 15 de julio del 22 ya estamos octubre y no me lo han depositado al nanco que me financeo y se enojan por preguntar por mi dinero que estoy pagando
