We had a really bad experience with service.

We had a really bad experience with service. After buying our 3rd Nissan in the last 6 years, we were told we would get leather seats on our Altima. We were called on Tuesday to take the car in and that it would take 1 day to replace them. We’re going into the third day and they haven’t even started on it. This is a perfect example of poor management. If you don’t have the time or personnel to do the job, don’t tell me to bring my car in to just be there. Call me when you are ready to work on it.

Best car in the last years. I’m very satisfied

Profesional service. The service was excellent. The seller was very patient and professional. His detail explanation help me to buy the car that is perfect for me. I have a vehicle that I feel relaxed and safe.

The key to be the best is to have passion and love what you do. At Bert Ogden Nissan, you would find those. Despite the lack of amenities inside for us as a customers, they are extremly fast and efficient. Hector Megias made me feel as a member of Bert Ogden Family. This is my second vehicle in less than one year. You can always rely on him. Due of his honesty and great sense of find what´s best for you. Eventhough, they can focus a bit more on customer service by giving us more amenities or something to be more comfortable while we wait. I highly recomeneded. To Supervisors and Managers : please be more thankful with your staff ´cause they are doing their 101% even with the high pressure you guys are putting on them. I feel you are being to hard with employees ´cause believe me... THEY ARE DOING THEIR BEST !! Their best bous you can give it to them... is gratitude. Overall 4.8/5 . Outstanding

Worst experience , with costumer service and maintance my vehicle its been there for 6 months and they have not fixed it nobody answers our questions and when we asked for a loaner we were told they dont have anything available ,

Completed online purchase, app, trade-in, and finance...

Completed online purchase, app, trade-in, and finance app. No customer service followup x 24 hours. I initiated online chat, they chat person/robot asked me 4 times for my name that was already provided. I requested a sales person to call x 3. This never occurred.
