Incredible Experience

NEVER GOING BACK

My family of 4 have purchased 12 cars over the last 12 years. My husband has been having major issues with his truck but he will write his own review once his issue is fixed. I bought a 2020 Escape Hybrid on 2/28/20 and in January of 2021 it would not start. Took it to Mullinax as always and they said they do not know much about hybrids even though I was once offered a loaner which was a hybrid years ago. Then it happened again a few months later and they said they couldn't find anything wrong. 2-3 months ago again wouldn't start so my husband took it to the dealer dropped and for two days while we rented our own car with no reimbursement and they said they could not find anything wrong. This morning would not start again and AAA jump started again and took it to Wayne Akers where they diagnosed a bad battery and replaced it in 20 minutes. I used all my AAA calls for something that should have been diagnosed. After 12 years of purchasing cars at Mullinax I will never go back. I lost 4 days of work and although the 1st time was not there fault, to continue on like this all year and lose more days of work in which I am a home health care worker and my patients suffered with no nurse is not right due to bad diagnoses. Since Glenda left they really do not care about you after you bought the car. Any paid service sure but warranty work and they pretend they don't anything about you.

Mrs. Kramer, We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. At the time of your last visit in September, we found no fault with the battery after the test performed by the technician. At times these modern vehicles can have different causes for the concern you are experiencing and it may not have to do with the battery. In reviewing the telematic information of your vehicle over the past month it looks like there is a communication concern with the modules on board. Despite replacing the battery you might experience the concern once again but I hope that is not the case and you are able to enjoy your Escape. Excellent experience with Ray Bowen. Knowledgeable, patient and extremely professional throughout the process. I tried to coordinate a new lease and unfortunately with limited inventory, market conditions and no factory lease offerings it was not possible. Even when I switched to a lease buyout Ray treated me as a valued customer and as if I was taking a New vehicle. I would highly recommend asking for Ray if you are looking for a car or truck from this dealer.

Ray Bowen is so professional!

Ray Bowen is outstanding! He is a true pleasure to work with in an industry filled with dishonest people looking to rip off everyone that walks in the door. Our third car in 11 years purchased from Ray. He blows all others out of the water. You may pay slightly higher prices, but even if you do, you will still walk out feeling appreciated.

These guys are rip off artist. I emailed them for a price quote on a car and they quoted me $10,000 over list. They then had the audacity to send me back a note and ask whether I was satisfied. I have no problem with dealers making money or getting ripped off at some thing entirely different

Hello, I am sorry we did not communicate well in our transaction with you. This Mach E is available for test drives, as most customers have not seen a Mach E yet, let alone drive one. Customers are able to test drive and custom order their own Mach E at MSRP with no Dealer Fee! Our goal is to keep this vehicle as a demo to show customers as Ford is not building any for stock and once this one is sold we might not have another for customers to look at for over a year. However, it is available to buy now at a premium but we are encouraging our customers to order one built exactly the way they want it. That is not accurate. You are not being truthful. Ford is giving dealers cars. In fact I did purchase one in New York. They had a few in the show room. Another dealer up here had eight of them. You're just making it up. You were trying to take advantage of a situation and it is entirely unethical. I will never do business with you and will let others know of your antics
