Jordan is INCREDIBLE

Bought a used car about a month after some awful experience at other dealerships… Mullinax Ford BLEW ME AWAY everyone was very nice and accommodating but Jordan who was our sales representative was amazing! He made the process easy and dare I say enjoyable!!

I dropped off my 2017 F150 for service with respect to the rear end noise I was experiencing. It’s a CPO, but I didn’t expect the level of honesty and info I received immediately. Quick communication and fix, done within 48 hours! Well done Mullinax!

Service Dept not customer friendly !

Service Dept was a nightmare ! I made a oppointment 2 ago to bring my truck in because of a recall on my truck. I dropped it off at 8:10 in the morning. Did not hear from anyone the whole day. I decided to call around 4:45 pm sand spoke with Art my adviser. He put me on hold for about 5 mins. He came back and said there were keeping it over night . So I ask him why did he not keep in touch with me . He could not give me a answer . Then said that they did not even look at it yet and that they were still working on another car that took them all day . Does not sound to productive does it. 1 car per day !!he’s not a very good adviser if he does talk with mechanic or customer. Well here I am on the second day and still No! one has reach out to me . I did talk with the service manager yesterday and he said he would get back to me first thing . Well it’s 2 pm now ….

PURCHACED 2014 MUSTANG FROM THE WEST PALM STORE ONLINE. THIS WAS A GOLD CERTIFIED CAR. WHEN THE DELIVERED IT TO ME THE FRONT BUMPER COVER WAS HANGING OFF, AND THE CONVERTABLE TOP REAR WINDOW WAS SEPERATED FROM THE GLASS, ANTENA WAS MISSING AND TIRE LIGHT WAS ON. FAMOUS LAST WORDS, DONT WORRY WE'LL TAKE CARE OF IT. IN ALL FAIRNESS THEY TOOK CARE OF THE TOP AND DIDINSTALL A NEW ONE. WHEN I TALKED TO THEM ABOUT THE OTHER THINGS WAS TOLD THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE OUT TO GLUE MY FRONT BUMPER TOGETHER, AND THE OTHER THINGS ARE NOT COVERED. HOW CAN MISSING PARTS BE COVERED? GOLD CERTIFIED, WHAT A JOKE. THIS CAR PASSED A 172 POINT INPECTION WITH THE WRONG SIZE TIES AND WHEELS,AFTERMARKET SPINGS IN THE FRONT AND REAR, PARTS MISSING, RADIATOR LEAK WITCH THEY WILL COVER UNDER WARRENTY (WITH ME PAYING 100.00 DOLLAR DEDUCTIBLE) TOP LEAKING, FRONT BUMPER COVER FALLING OFF, AND MUCH MORE. I WHOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW MANY OF THE 172 POINT INSPECTION ACCUALLY WAS LOOKED AT. HOPE THIS INFO HELPS YOU ON WITCH DEALER YOU PURCHACE YOUR NEXT CAR AT....

Mr. Buffa, We sincerely apologize for the issues you initially had with the vehicle as we know it's an inconvenience to get the top replaced. We are glad that we were able to get a new top for your vehicle. This vehicle was not Ford-certified with a 172-point inspection. The vehicle was our top-level (below certified) green tag and was sold with upgraded shocks and very nice and expensive Shelby-style rims and tires. The bumper had a broken tab, which is a common occurrence on a Mustang, and an easy fix by re-securing it which we offered to do closer to you at our Vero location for your convenience.
