Jake was great from the get go.

Jake was great from the get go. He got my car delivered from another city, filled it with gas, took a test drive, had a great chat, and got me setup with Jeremy from finance. Jeremy took care of all my financials, offered anything he thought I needed and shared his experience with his Energi Ford vehicle. Great buy less then one hour. Certified preowned

I dealt with RonnieButts , car salesman, and Jeremy Hamilton, Finance Manager. Both were great! Jeremy spent time explaining financing and warranty plans.

Just took delivery of my Mach-E GT. From order to delivery, Nick kept me informed on what was going on. Nick and Dave made the paperwork on delivery day painless. I had used Mullinax for service on my previous Ford, which is why I did not hesitate on engaging them to buy my latest car.

Due to supply problems, it took a month for the car to reach the dealer. Richard, my salesman, was very helpful in working out all kinds of questions and details for delivery to me. Problems and delays had more to do with internal communications, for which they apologized and vowed to improve. In general, this dealership has customer-friendly policies and this is the second car we have purchased from them.

Don't buy green tag.

Bought a green tag supposedly because they are inspected and warrantied. 1 day into buying the van, the van has not run without stalling constantly. They've now had the truck for almost 5 weeks. With no rental car provided, but still having to make the payment. Can't help but think I'll get the van back after they've had it for 60 days not fixed and with the provided warranty expired. Don't trust the green tag marketing or in services ability to help you. Complete runaround scam trying to get warranty service. They stuck me with a loan and no truck.

We apologize for your experience. Our every intention is to sell you a vehicle that has no issues. Unfortunately, the van you purchased has some unexpected problems. We had our service department, as well as Dodge service, check the vehicle over and neither technician could duplicate or find any issues with the van. However, since you were not comfortable with the van anymore, we gave you what you paid for it on a trade-in and found a different vehicle that you were happy with. Again, we are deeply sorry for this inconvenience and hope the new vehicle serves your needs.
