I have an appointment at 9:00. I was told it would be done in less than 2 hours. By the time I left it was 3 1/2 hours. Went to technicians desk to see what was taking so long after 3 hours and my paperwork was sitting on the desk. Paperwork said it was done 30 mins prior. Unacceptable

Great experience with a very helpful sales staff. You had the truck I wanted then made the buying transaction very easy from the salesman, manager through the finance office. The salesman then spent a lot of his own time making sure I understood the vehicle and dealership services available to me.
